I use several tool rolls in a rolling Pelican case. There's still place for everything else: cutting board/matt, glue, mallet, etc.

Put the strop into a strong plastic bag / ziplock, if you don't want compounds getting on your tools. You can even rubberband a bag around the handle too.

I used your idea to build myself a portable kit. I have a small tool bag with outside pockets that I'm trying out. It can carry most of the things you mentioned in your video and some scrap pieces of leather for small projects. I also have a cross-body soft briefcase that fits most things too. I just have to bring only the things I need for a particular project outside of my workshop so that it's not too heavy.

It’s tough traveling with leather tools! I was traveling a good bit and I had to ship mine each way. I also have Starrett’s small divider - I inherited it from my Grandfather who was a machinist.

The solution to your problem is to get a bigger tool box. 😂😂😂😂
You have to get Barry King's 20 & 24 snap setter. The setter fits nicely in a prescription bottle.
I also want to buy Alden's border cutter. He looks like a wing divder. One side is the point and the other side has a blade.

Do you have a video on how to make the hammer you made for tapping glue and stitch lines? Or a video on how to polish the faces of a hammer?
