Main Theme of the show Hawaii Five-O (USA, 1968-1980) -
When producer Leonard Freeman wanted to shoot a new TV series in 1967, his mother-in-law said to him: "You should shoot something in Hawaii! I'll see you guys like that more often". She lived there and wanted her daughter closer. Then Mr. Freeman decided to do a crime series. He called her "The Man", which means "The Man". And the man had to be the tough but sensual McGarrett. But the mother-in-law again had an idea: "You should call the series "Hawaii Five-O" because we are the 50th state of America!" This is how the famous series was born, which ran for 12 years. "Hawaii Five-O" is considered the longest-running crime series in television history.
