Nature's residual way of reminding our fav. Eagles of the huge disappointments they have had past 2 yrs. They are here , showing us they are ready for another Try to bring small Eagles into the Big Bear area and raise them to adult status. Here's hoping this "Third Time" is a Charm--for a Pair of Eagles who don't know what the word "Quit" means. Great for them and Great for Us. Cali, thanks for Posting.
It was delightful to see them again! Shadow is still an amazing stickman, and he was getting a little nippy with Jackie, who let him know she didn't appreciate it. I love these two love birds! Thanks for capturing this nest visit, Cali, much appreciated.
We have a fledgling red tail hawk that has been frequenting our area. He or she can sometimes be found on the ground (presumably eating something a parent has killed) or up above the treeline, creeling to his parents "feed me" "feed me" "here I am" "feed me". He or she reminds me of Spirit, the sound is similar.
Shadow made it clear he was just piddling, waiting for Jackie to show up, cuz that’s when it got fluff serious and stick serious! And a lil stick-bickering is so cute, and has been missed so much!!

To me it's amazing to see them so frequently return to nest..in Florida our eagles abandon the nest entirely & return September/late October . The camera is off though on our cam swfl eagle cam. These🦅🦅 two are so very bonded, praying the season will bring them babies. Thks for video
