That outfit is awesome, but I have a construction question. You didn't add tulle inside you bubble peplum, is it because your material was crisp enough to hold up the shape?
I have been watching your videos all week now. New to sewing and want to know if you can educate me on how to adjust the size? Its probably something you have said and I missed but once I drape on form how to I adjust it if the person is either bigger or smaller than form? Do you have a video showing how to measure before draping?
