Only discovered you a couple of months ago, so listening to this has been a fascinating story. Seem like a top bloke trying to do the right thing as you go. As a middle aged dad and average runner, you’re an inspiration 👍

An inspirational story. Intentionally or not, you have touched, and I would say improved a lot of lives Chris, I am glad to have met you (and shout out to Alan too) , if we never met personally again .. at a time when I was in my cave in a very dark place .. a nutty loudmouth spurs supporter posted ‘lets run up a mountain. To help disadvantaged kids . I have never looked back. I am still running up my mountain with a smile on my face to this day. Thank you Mr Ford.

Before I started watching you I had no intention of running a marathon as a half seemed far enough - but watching your training and massive improvements have given me confidence to give it a go - so you never know, I might see you at the start line - Big Thanks to your self and all the team😎

I’ve been watching your channel for years now and there’s a reason I’ve kept watching. Started for the reviews and the advice as I started my own running journey for health, but have stayed for your positivity and to follow the community you’ve helped build. I wish I was running NYC this year, I’d like to shake your hand. Cheers from across the pond!

Keep up the great work guys and we'll done for keeping it real. I've spent many hours stuck in KL traffic with only the podcast to keep me sane. You guys were one of the big influences for me signing up for my first full Marathon this coming October 👍

Awesome session you two. Loved this podcast. Have been following Fordy having found your shoe reviews years ago. What an incredible ethos you've set the club up to have. I'm proud to be a Fordy and talk Fordy at any opportunity. The podcast is a fabulous way to "talk" running when no one else wants to hear it! The banter, jokes and videos are something I look forward to watching. Thanks Chris and the gang for everything you do.

Cracking episode. You have built something immensely powerful. Well done. I was over on holiday from Australia, jumped on a train to Broxbourne and ran with you and the group on a cold wet Octkber night. Loved it and have kept in touch. Met Al and many othets at London this year and loved the cheer squad at 30kms. Cheers and loads of love from WA im Australia. Get that blinking BQ done, cos i am running it next year.

Having ‘found’ the podcast and now lead to becoming a FORDY runner, I want to say thanks to you and your whole FORDY family for what you do and give to us all. I’ve learnt so much and changed my mind to think I can achieve more. Still an everyday runner, but an affiliated FORDY runner now! You have come so far, and the results show for themselves. Thank you for doing what you do! 👍🏻

This was very insightful, great to find out a little more about Chris and how Fordy Runs started out. Chris is very modest about his achievements -what a great guy.i'm not a member of Fordy Runs cos I belong to a fantastic inclusive running club for all abilities. If that wasn't the case I would definitely join. I see Fordy Runs Tshirts at every race I do which is testament to how popular the club is. Sounds like it's going to get even bigger and better, if that's possible.Well done to Chris and everyone else behind the scenes at the club.

Followed you whilst you were training for your first marathon, so have been with the group from the start. Have made some great friends and am proud of what it's achieved. Massive love to everyone ❤ Gemma @Broxbourne

Hayden is right”Boston is there if you want it”. A little more MP miles and a sub 3:25 is yours. Took me several races and when I did BQ i missed the entry by 0.09 seconds 🤬🤬
