Personally, I think the wired sounds more richer, whereas the bluetooth sounds tinny and echoing. I bought these headphones this week, due to your review, and they are amazing, buffer free, good bass, noise cancelling is amazing. The app is good too. Great review!!! 👍 👌😊
Even allowing for RUclips audio compression the difference between the two modes is HUGE! At one point the hi-hats were inaudible on the bluetooth but nicely detailed on the wired side. On another note, have you ever tried to balance or calibrate your binaural microphones? I only ask because without doing so you might be introducing a level of harmonic distortion and timing that adds colour to the sound.]
Absolutely! The difference in audio quality is really noticeable, especially with those hi-hats. And yes, balancing binaural microphones is crucial to avoid unwanted distortion. Great point!
The latency in Bluetooth mode can vary depending on the device, but it's typically around 30-200 milliseconds. Let me know if you need more specific info!
@@davebanter hey, thanks alot for replying, i have already gone through the video you've made on the comparison and I'm still a bit not clear on what i should be expecting. As a college student i want headphones where i can blast music and enjoy it as well as it being there for atleast a couple of years. I've seen a lot of reviews and nobody is complaining till now it's just that I've tried the space one and the sound seemed to be quite low after all the adjustments i made. If you could help clarify some of these doubts, I'll be really glad 😊 Thank you so much for your help ❤️
Both the Soundcore Q20i and the Edifier WH700NB have their strengths! The Q20i is known for its solid noise cancellation and comfort, while the WH700NB also offers great sound quality and battery life. It really depends on what features matter most to you!
I got these headphones recently and i don't find it comfortable. The pressure in the ear is not balanced .....how do i explain it. The same feeling you get if travelling through a tunnel. Has someone else experienced this?
Thx for that after hearing it over my beyerdynamic HP, BT sounds like shit, dull and to much bass. Wired sounds much better, but why on earth should I buy then a fakking BT HP when it sounds like shit?
Brother want to ask about wired on Q20i Why when I plug the wired cable the sounds like only instrumental, the vocal just like second voice and like karaoke. How to fix it? I dont have problem with the cable when try it on other head phone
I have previous same experience, found out that cables may differ a little. Maybe because of their shape. Others need to be pushed a little more to work well. You might try using another cable.
@@davebanter am I right to say that the soundcore app can't be operated in while using aux cable? Because headphones bluetooth doesn't turn on. Hence, equalizer can't be modified.
The answer is: No. This is a common limitation with many wireless headphones that offer ANC, as the noise cancellation requires the additional processing power and specific hardware support provided by the wireless connection.

Thank you so much and I 100% agree with your wired sound opinion
Is it better than qcy h4?in bass
It's cuz of its "soundcore signature" preset, you can use other presets and its way better with wm
what is the latency in bluetooth mode, please help! I'm thinking about buying this one!
@@swapnoneelsaha4593 not for gaming, around 100ms

Thanks for testing and sharing with us💛
Any time!
I just wanna say to you, Thank You you are amazing sir ❤
You are very welcome
You are from india
I have these headphones, but I found that it kept going staticy/fuzzy, unless i was holding the end of the cable in. Did you have this?
Hey, No i haven't had this issue, I would switch out the 3.5 cable with another one to see if that helps 1st, probably the cable.
Yup the cable sucks , fortunately I had a portonics aux cable but not so fortunately my new phone doesn't have 3.5mm port
Did u use the aux cable provided in the box?
Nice review btw.
yes
high res wired, the truth is they are not worth it,
for that I buy some with cable, excellent comparison,
thank you
but they are not bad I think I will buy them hahaha for the price
What do you think of the water resistance on these ? Like are they safe to be worn in the rain ?
They are not really water resistance but I don't think it will be a problem if they get a little wet in the rain.
Thank you for the reply 😃 I bought them after seeing your review and they're awesome!
Can you tell me the latency when using bluetooth mode?
The latency in Bluetooth mode can vary depending on the device, but it's typically around 30-200 milliseconds. Let me know if you need more specific info!
You're using an eq on the Bluetooth side and not the wired side? 🤔
Standard (default) EQ for BT, wired doesn't allow any EQ
@@davebanter Oh, okay. Thanks.
Hi can I do gaming on these ? Like not competetive but moderate gaming ?
Probably moderate gaming but there maybe better choices for gaming than these
@@davebanter thankyou
Is it louder than space one atleast?
I tested the sound against the Space One here: ruclips.net/video/sOwFW1lrFIE/видео.html&ab_channel=DaveBanter

this soundcore q20i or the edifier wh700nb ?
base on sound quality (for music and gaming if possible), comfort, and battery pls

Thats what wearing a covered ear headphones feels like, you must be new to wearing one
The Wiered sound better, bur the convenience of the Bluetooth still unbeatble.
Which cable did you use?????
3.5mm Aux
@@davebanter thanks🙌🙏
Because it has wired HiRes only. So 3.5 is so much better definitely
Los tengo y en lo personal me gusta mas el sonido con Bluetooth
aux sound is not working for me ...
Thats not good, are you able to return/exchange the headphones?
Wired is better
man but it doesn't matter how good they are, that micro usb port its useless... its like using a 2010 smartphone today.
Thx for that after hearing it over my beyerdynamic HP, BT sounds like shit, dull and to much bass. Wired sounds much better, but why on earth should I buy then a fakking BT HP when it sounds like shit?

Hey Brotha, sound like it could be a cable issue, try another 3.5mm audio cable also check to make sure everything is plugged in fully.

Old technology is better. If you are a real music lover then use wired headphones 🎧. Thank you
Can we use ANC in wired mode?
Unfortunately no, you would have to look into the Space One (Soundcore) or the Soundpeats Space headphones for that feature.

Yes you can - I'm listening to this video plugged in on the 3.5 but with ANC turned on.
