I believe these also have gameplay differences with the mode turned on. Mainly for crawlers as you just can't make them with the mode on cause there's no gibs. (Was way back when I played BO1 so idk how accurate it is)
yes and no. you could make crawlers but the crawlers would still have their legs. funny enough though you could still shoot their heads off. it was only the arms and legs that were censored
