Likely made as a joke, but expanded upon to the point where he actually seems like a good addition. He has special path blocks that put him in different parts of levels from Peppino's normal route. At least in Don't make a sound. Edit: He also seems to have Peppino's old super jump cancel reimplemented to some extent, since he transitions to his mach run animation almost immediately while mid air.
I hate this mod. They add a new terrible character that doesn't fit the pizza tower style. This is literally Helpy from fnaf. These taunts with stupid references. Also the rebuilt dont make a sound is just garbage.
