    The only true thing is the sunglasses, the rest is bull... get propper gear when hiking in winter, real wool is important. Wool everything, it keeps you warm, even when wet. It breathes to stop sweat and cleans itself. Leather winther boots is the best, any ruber will make you freeze your toes of... i'm from the colder parts of Norway. In -30C° and wind, you could die fast if you don't know how to dress.
