Thank you so much for this tutorial, it was helpful. I just can't figure out something. When I execute "startx" with root everything works perfectly and with other accounts I can only run it as "sudo startx" otherwise it gives me error like "no protocol provided" or sth. Does anyone know a quick fix for this? Thank you!! Love Arch

Hi Matias, if you install python-pip and mypi this should work:)
In your terminal:
sudo pacman -S python-pip
sudo python3 -m pip install -U mypy
