Constitution was not written by pti. That is what written in 1973 constitution. That was not written in a day or two. If you talk about the consequences , why imran did not amend it? Like it or do not but the decion is 100% right and as per writtten in the constitution.
63-A was meant to stop wrong doing by members of parliament and was meant to deprive the deviant member of all his privileges including a seat in the parliamednt AND voting rights and this was then clarified by the supreme court. I have my objection with the recent judgement in that the earlier one was closer to the truth or the correct interpretation than this idiotic interpretation. A person being disqualified but his vote still being counted makes no sense and does not reflect reality. It is the correct interpretation of the article and not a rewrite of the constitution. What the fraud has done is totally without due process which is non judicial and contrary to the dispensation of justice.
