I think it’s the boomers that think that because I’m Gen X with a 21 year old son and very aware that he’s Gen Z and not a millennial. You can also partly blame Ellen degenerate for that because she’s a boomer that doesn’t have any kids or grandkids and she would often invite Gen Z on her show and call them a millennial.

I was 7 years old, I guess. I remember eating a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in a paper towel watching it on the news with my mom and aunt carrying on behind me. And add in parts about protesting skipping school and marching in Brisbane city for the environment , aboriginal rights and womens rights. And how the government and hasn’t changed much !!!
Mostly we’re all just so nostalgic for the awesome years so many concerts like pearl jam , so many big day outs ,silver chair , Gwen , missy Elliott , Ice T… so many ! Camping and surfing 🏄‍♀️
And I think our generation worry that the younger generation kind of don’t get us as at all, And are not having as much ‘ Present in the moment ‘fun as we did … because they are staring at the phones 📱😅 I’m sure they’ll turn out ok !!! I hope so !!!

*Thinking acid wash jeans were actually cool and they need to make a comeback
*Wondering why on earth MTV doesn't play 'music videos' anymore
