Mine was delivered this morning. I checked the bedknife to reel using a very thin piece of waxed paper. I had to adjust the right side just slightly. It DOES NOT take much to adjust.
I just took delivery of my Rolux X20, 6 blade with Briggs XR950 and i love it! Question, are the bolts supposed to be in contact with the bearing blocks? On mine, the bolts are NOT making contact with the bearing blocks however, the mower cuts paper and grass just fine. do the bearing block bolts need adjustment or am i ok to leave them as-is?
Mine was same when I took delivery this morning. I’m thinking they do need to be in contact with bearing block otherwise the reel will continue to drop.
@@Platoface I ended up adjusting mine to where they DO make contact with the bearing blocks. Performed a paper test and all is well. Good luck and enjoy the mow!
Yeah, that's pretty tight. I don't like metal on metal contact. Should cut paper without making contact and the paper being around. 004 in thickness should fill in that gap.
@AdmiralTwitchy I'm curious. I can cut index paper with very little contact on my revolution 26, but then I try a grass blade (zoysia zeon) and it folds right over. Thoughts?
I could not get mine to cut paper until it was this tight as well. If it's loosened off the paper won't cut. What is the magic sauce required to get it to cut when looser than this?
Need more videos like this! Can’t wait to buy one
I eagerly await mine as of this week.
Tight tight tight
Will produce a very nice cut
Happy mowing

too bad you couldnt incorporate the toro greensmaster HOC design. has a wheel with notches in it so you can easily evenly tighten them on both sides
Do you have any resellers in Canada? I'd like to become one if I can, Thanks
Please could you pop an email through to support@roluxglobal.com and they will be sure to assist :)
