The difference between sharjeena talking to her father and at the same time rubab talking to her father
The reason is she loves Adeel more than Mustafa. It might be for several reasons such as Adeel was good in atudies, is handsome, has a good reputable job and is responsible for all the expenditures and everyone is dependent on him.
While Mustafa is completely oppostite. No proper education, no personality, looks average (ofc he's handsome in real life, but I told accordinglyas the drama shows), no job, a big burden on family for a "man", no proper personality and charm etc etc.
