I am based in Germany so do i get customer serivce in case if any problem occurs to understand the function or guidline. second question that is this enough to print logo for example, nike or gymshark logo for press heat on tshirts ??? or do i choose other machine which is matching to my requirements. I have online store for sports tshirt. I will be printing logo with this machine and later press heat. 2d flat logo can be printd with this machine?

I'm used to working with the GCC expert 24 (my equipment lease ended and looking for a new cutter) and with coreldraw and GCC great cuts software. Would I still be able to use great cuts with this cutter? I'm assuming I can, but would like to have confirmation before purchasing
