We had the Encore balcony booked for February 2025. We changed it for a widow on the escape. The Encore was pretty pricey even with the next cruise credit. Question, we have another next cruise credit. Can a travel agency like yourselves book customers that have a next cruise credit, or does it have to be booked directly with NCL?
