- Of the many questions I received after I uploaded my video on Jupiter Transit 2014, the most often asked one was why should we read Jupiter Transit only from the Moon, why not from the Lagna or Ascendant. In this video I have answered this question. Please watch the video and add your questions in the comment section so I will have them answered for you in my future videos.

Small qn- Moon signifies mind & Mercury signifies calculations,Then does it means Moon is right side of our brain dealing emotions and Mercury the left side of our brain dealing calculations?
How do I calculate the position of the Moon sign in my chart using my DOB and time of birth? In your "Lessons in astrology - 2", you only mention that the moon's position determines the Raasi.

Hello Sir. Take an eg., For Makara Rasi the jupiter is going to be auspicious say 7th house from moon sign but will their be fully benificiary for 1 year or based on the Ashtakavarga point of Jupiter in kataga Rasi which is 5 and above and sarva ashtavarga which is 25 above only. Kindly Clarify

Now to my next question..what if jupiter is combust in someones chart and the present transit is supposed to give him good result both lagna mesh and rashi mithun wise. How do we interpret this situation now...

The real point is whether you take moon sign whole or 15degree+ and - from degree of moon as first from moon. Eg moon is 20deg in Kanya so 5deg Kanya to 5 deg Tula is first from moon

We need both the horoscopes of the man and the woman. Only then it is possible.
My Lagna is Thula Rasi. My Chandra Rasi also Thula Rasi. In future Transit Jupiter will come into Simha Rasi i.e. 11th house from Lagna Thula Rasi and also 11th house from Chandra Thula Rasi. Jupiter will give good results during transit in Simha Rasi. Jupiter as Lord 3 in 11th house and again Jupiter as Lord 6 in 11th house will give favourable results with regard to 3rd house and 6th house also.
In ASHTAKA VARGA in SIMHA RASI there are 40 BINDUS. i.e. MORE THAN 30.
In Simha Rasi there are 3 Stars ruled by Kethu, Venus and Sun.Is there any rule to find out in which STAR Jupiter will give more good results and in which STAR Jupiter will give less favourable results comparing with the other two stars ?
Q 2 : In Kethu Star there is Karkataka Navamsa, In Venus Star there are Simha, Vrischica Navamsa and in Sun star there is Dhanur Navamsa. Is there any rule to identify in which Navamsa Jupiter will give more results and in which Navamsa Jupiter will give less favourable results when comparing with the other Navamsas ?
Q 3 : When Jupiter transiting in Simha Rasi, the other planets
(1) may transit into Jupiter signs and Dhanur-Meena Navamsas and may in Jupiter stars and may transit in Vrishabha Rasi in 10th to Simha Rasi,
(2) some planets in transit may aspect or associate the Jupiter.
(3) The distance between Simha Rasi and Kethu, the distance between Simha Rasi and Venus, the distance between Simha Rasi and Sun how can play its role when Jupiter transit in Kethu Star and Venus Star and Sun Star
(4) How the Sun the depositor of Jupiter may play its role from its own place Simha Rasi and from Lagna Rasi and from Chandra Rasi
(5) the role of Navamsa lords in which transit Jupiter is.
Q 4: What is the role of the distance between Natal planets and Transit Jupiter.
Q 5 : When Jupiter will be transiting in Simha Rasi, as per Vimshoththari system Maha Dasa Lord is Mercury and present Moon Bhukti is running and next Kuja Bhukti will be coming.
(1) the role of Dasa Lord between Bhukti Lord connecting with Transit Jupiter in Simha Rasi.
Q 6: As in this case Jupiter is Lord 3 and Lord 6, what is the role of planets who are Karaka ( significators) of House 3, and House 6 and how these significators (Karaka grahas) play roll with the Transit Jupiter.
Q 7 : Is Aroodha Lagna avoidable?. If not, how it plays in this connection with Transit Jupiter in Simha Rasi.
Q 8 : For an ordinary Student, is it possible to get the answers for the above questions by following your system approach within a reasonable period. ? or Is it needed to submit further more Videos. Or Can we avoid some of the above points? Or can we add further more points ?

Mars in Makara Rasi of Karkataka Navamsa in Moon Star
Rahu in Makara Rasi of Karkataka Navamsa in Moon Star
Jupiter (R) in Mesha Rasi of Kanya Navamsa in Venus Star
Kethu in Karkataka Rasi of Makara Navamsa in Mercury Star.

Sir....Moon chart is only used for transit’s...
A) While judging the Mahadasha of a particular planet we should consider both Moon chart and ascendant chart?
B) If yes then we should also consider the degree’s of the moon.
For Eg: If a person is going through Saturn Mahadasha and saturn is seventh from its moon but in bhava chart it’s showing saturn is eight from moon....

Sir - where can I find your explanation on Moon Degree in the horoscope and its effect on timing of transit benefit?
Look into your horoscope especially the computerised one. Usually in the 1st page you will find it. Submit your date, time and place of birth here and one of us will help you out. It is from the Moon Degree the entire Dasha is calculated. As the Moon goes forward in any sign the balance in the dasha decreases.

Prabhu Sp For Virgo, this time the transit of Jupiter is not good but as you have 7 points there the bad will not be that bad. In fact it will just be some basic trouble and that is all. So do not worry. I am yet to do the video for Kanya Rasi people.

+Subrahmanyam A You are in the Sade Sati phase, so do the Saturn remedies. I have done some videos on this topic. I suggest that you watch the video titled: the Top 8 facts about Saturn. The Transit of Jupiter is very helpful now as it puts up a fight against the Sade - Sati or 7.5 years Saturn phase.
I guess there is something wrong...hope I am not mistaken for shedding light on the same questions. Dhilip Kumar sir...namaskar. For aquarius ascendant, the 7th house is leo and jupiter's house are 2 and 11 for the lagna. I am not sure...cause every time I check with my capricorn rasi, dhanista pada 1 and the results weren't matching whereas it matches very well with my ascendant...can you explain why?

Combust means the planet becomes weak. The planet was very close to the Sun during the time of birth and hence this situation occurs. Hence we need to take adequate measures to strengthen the same. If Jupiter is combust then the Karakatva of Jupiter will not be enjoyed by the native in general and also during transit.To strengthen you need to adopt a Guru . For eg . Shirdi Sai Baba or Raghavendra or some of the Brahmins also adopt a Acharya. It is advised to worship Brihaspathi and visit a Guru temple on all Thursdays. You can chant the following mantra - Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu Guru Devo Maheshwara, Guru Sakshath Para Brahma Thasmai Shree Guruve Namaha. Ultimate Surrender to the Guru will definetely help.
