I have Bricks after experiencing the likes of Elementor & Spectra...light and day differences. Great review. Had purchased but was not using as I was somewhat confused. You did a great presentation. Am really liking you videos and learning so much
I’ve thought about it but it is very similar to Kevin Geary’s blueprint stack just with some things interchanged. I will definitely see if it’s a viable video: ruclips.net/video/hbwO0J9OPZs/видео.html
Great video, Nick! I’m in the same boat as you. I feel like AT has too much going on to really know what it does. You have convinced me to possibly buy it one day.
Slightly off topic, but interested to know your thought process in deciding when/where to use either WPCodebox or the Bricks fields/ editor for styling. What's your preferred workflow, do you mix and match, or favor one over the other? Love to know your reasoning. I struggle a bit with that myself. Cheers!
I was all in on doing everything on wpcodebox for styling and doing little to no styling in bricks. After using Advanced themer I’m considering moving to a mix of both. So I will have to figure out how I will make that work and if it’s worth mixing. It’s always best to do everything in one if you can but without SASS in bricks it makes it more complicated.
While most people seem to be excited by the inclusion of ACF for me it was a dealbreaker. I used Metabox on sites in the past, and ACPT now. I don't want a second custom post type plugin on every site I build if Advanced Themer were added to the mix.
I was hoping you would discuss the AT API connection with ChatGPT to generate text and images that are automatically downloaded to the media library. Seems like that could "potentially" be the most important feature of all long-term. That could push me off the fence. Perhaps a quick follow-up video on this AI feature would be helpful to many before the LTD offer expires.
I dabbled with the gpt feature and I wasn’t a big fan of the integration. I prefer to use the actual gpt playground or chatgpt so that the AI has a long conversation as reference. It’s not a bad feature I think many will love it just not one of my top 10 features
Maybe I’m missing something though. It would be amazing if Maxime mixes in the ability to read the entire pages content to make decisions on text. That would be killer
It amazes me that we meanwhile "complain" about a slow workflow with ACSS - in a positive way. Day to day i find more workflow improvements where my brain screams "i absolutely needed that, i didn't even knew i needed this.

Is this just everything under the "CSS Variables" tab in AT? Or should I be turning some other stuff off as well? Thanks!
To give you an idea of what I use. I turn off everything under the “general” tab in global settings off except for “builder tweaks”. Frameworks would be global colors and global theme css variables.
Nicolas - In the video you use about-hero__ or page-section__ as your BEM naming convention. Keen to hear more, for example what if the services page uses the same about hero section. How do you handle this?
I usually have the design before I build out a website so I will know if it’s going to be a reused element or if it’s singular. If it’s singular I’ll use something like about-hero and if not I’ll find a more global class name to use like primary-hero__ secondary-hero__. If I find out after I’ve already built a section that im going to use it again I’ll just quickly change the class names over to the more global naming.
