It’s kinda confusing. Like in the video when she’s singing, she’s still mumbling audible words but for some reason she decided to make some different ones up and put those in the Genius lyrics ig
princylady1 so she explained it and the video explained it. There _were no lyrics_ . She played the track and started mumbling along to the beat to find something that stuck, then she recorded that. She added facts about herself and random thoughts and flipped them to put as subtitles in the music video and that’s what genius has as lyrics. She’s mumbling actual words along with the time of the song but they’re not supposed to make coherent lines. The explanations are basically just what the subtitles say when they’re not backwards
