It's factually incorrect that one can't apply while being in service. He can very well apply after obtaining NOC through proper channel.

Ma'am as far as my knowledge is concern one can appear in UPSC exam while in service. Please verify it. There was one Maj in Army, who cleared this exam while on service and was released after selection

RETIREMENT KE BAAD JO GRADUATION CERTIFICATE MILTA HAI USME TO GROUP C POST KE LIYE ELIGIBLE BATAYA HAI..
Sir Army certificate has no role in Grade A jobs…
