Hey Chris, I’ve actually worked with cuttlefish before and these look like stumpy aka dwarf cuttlefish (Sepia bandensis).The eggs look identical to the ones I’ve hatched out at work. If they are dwarf cuttlefish the hatchlings will be about the size of a popcorn kernel. Can’t wait to see what they look like when they hatch!!!
If they are Dwarf cuttlefish, their lifespan is a mere 9 months 😥 according to Mr. Googlepants.
Cuttlefish live around 18-24 months and only eat live prey. So you will definitely need to get a bunch of little crustaceans, shrimp, or tiny fish to feed them. Those are just Common Cuttlefish eggs since they are dark brown to black in color.
Also definitely get little minnows to feed Tiny Tim! I would hate to find out he died cuz he didn't have any fish to eat too. 😢
The Cuttlefish are cool to add to the small tank! Can't wait to see how many hatch! 😊 I hope that after they are gone though, you still consider getting an Octopus for that tank! That is what I had read about the Flamboyant Cuttlefish also. If they are Dwarf cuttlefish, their lifespan is a mere 9 months 😥. Such a hame it seems none of the species seem to live very long. They are indeed beautiful.
I've been watching your vids for a few weeks now. After this video I had to subscribe. The way you get over the fish reminds me of the excitement and joy I got when I was keeping fish. I gave all my tanks and fish away about 17 years ago. Now thanks to finding videos of yours and a few others I'm going to start setting up new tanks. This time I'm thinking saltwater ones. Plus, my daughter love fish so I know she will enjoy them as much as I do. Have to say that is an awesome looking shirt. Looks very comfortable, I'm not too keen on the color, but that's just me. I would definitely rock one of those in a different color. If you need someone to help test it just send me one. lol. Great video look forward to the next one, especially the updates on the cuttlefish eggs.
Put a ring camera in front of the tank or baby monitor so you can monitor them & be able to capture them hatching

Absolutely amazing! I always wanted a salt water aquarium-but they are a lot more work to manage than a freshwater. The fish that I’ve seen wild in Florida are absolutely beautiful, with exceptions to swimming with Tarpon down in the Keys, didn’t know what it was rolling over about 3 foot in front of us about 5 feet long, finally a guy told us but I didn’t go back for seconds! Hope these little cuttlefish hatch, can’t wait to see them. Great video.

Absolutely go net small minnows four Tiny Tim. Because just like you I love to watch y'all feed all the fish, sharks, pet Lobster and eels. I think it would be real cool if y'all got a peacock mantis shrimp. I used to have one and it was the most fun to feed. live crabs to and crayfish.

Let's go for the headache tank in the garage. Make a brackish tank and get some puffers and other fish that can live in brackish water
Tarpon, puffers, green colored needlefish, archerfish, scats,another frogfish, atlantic stingray, oyster toadfish, prawn, etc. That would be cool!
From what I've read the female inks the eggs after they are layed and sometimes not all the eggs get inked and those are the ones that are clear that you can see through.

get some dancing/sexy shrimp (Thaor amboinensis) very cute and interesting but mybe snack for Tiny Tim though.
Yellow Boxer Shrimp (Stenopus scutellatus) is another one to look out for your shrimp collection.
Also last but not least is the Camel Shrimp (Rhynchocinetes durbanensis). Shoaling species and very interesting shaped

Most cuttlefish eggs are black as the female coats each egg individually in multiple layers of ink. However, sometimes when laying a large clutch of eggs, the female cuttlefish will run out of ink and lay clear eggs.
This would explain why you can see through the one eggs.hope this helps❤❤(all of them could be fertilized🤷♀️)
