Number of players: 2 - 12
Objective: If the spinning gun stops on you, you get to throw slime bombs at your opponents. If it doesn’t, RUN and try not to get hit!
Components: Slime Balloons, 1 slime gun, buckets
Location: This game requires a large open space so players have room to run (at least 20 yards (20m)).
Set up: Position a few buckets near the playing area with a few slime balloons full of slime inside each bucket.
How to play:
Players stand in an open field, in a tight circle around the gun.
The first player spins the gun while dropping it onto the ground (keep the gun at a low height when spinning it to avoid any potential damage).
When the gun stops spinning, any player it is not pointing at should turn away from the circle and run as fast as they can without looking back (be careful not to step on the gun).
Whoever the gun tip is most closely pointing at gets to quickly grab one slime balloon from the nearest bucket, choose an opponent, and launch it at them.
After the balloon explodes with either a hit or a miss, everyone returns to their position.
Make sure to clean up any slime that may cause a slip hazard before the next round.
The next player (in a clockwise direction) now spins the gun.
If the gun stops in between two players and you can’t determine who it is pointing at, reset positions and spin again.
Beginners: younger or less advanced players are allowed to chase a little before throwing their balloon.
Advanced players: older or more advanced players (with a good throwing arm) are only allowed to take 3 steps from where they pick up their balloon before throwing it.
How to win: Whoever survives the longest without being hit, or whoever gets hit by the least number of slime bombs is the winner.
Tournament: You can also play as a knockout competition. Those that get hit by a slime bomb, drop out of the game until only one winner remains.
Protecting your gun: If you are worried about someone stepping on the gun or spinning it too aggressively, you can replace the gun with a plastic bottle and spin that instead. You can also use the dice included in the pack for up to 6 players. Simply assign each player a number between 1 and 6. Roll the dice. If your number doesn’t come up RUN. If it does, bombs away! (the slime side of the dice is 1).
