Aoki is actually a difficult role to play, he is dramatic and has too many overreactions all the time, but Micchi managed to make him a very cute, endearing and loveable boy~
I support you, Aoki is the first exaggerated and "over-acted" character that doesn't give me a cringe, and in fact, I miss the role a lot because I found it cute 💗

the actor did an amazing job with Aoki. I didn't cringe at none of his dramatic scenes, and, actually, it became one of the main reasons everyone loves the character. I will be attentive to his stuff in the future! (sorry for my english)

this show is a breath of fresh air, I feel that the 4 characters are very distinctive and the actors are well casted. Michi however is the MVP it’s like he was born to play Aoki. It is among the best japanese light romcom youth drama that I’ve watched

There was never a clear identification that ida is straight, he's just confused that his first "romantic" experience is a boy, he doesn't even know what happened/what to do in a date... @@bangchanssweetsmile7260 I’m not completely sure so cmiiw, but the comic artist/mangaka is the same as Ore Monogatari, however they have different authors/writers since Kieta Hatsukoi is written by Hinekure Wataru, while Ore Monogatari is written by Kazune Kawahara.
