you should do a battle universe challenge where Santa turns on the elves and becomes a sort of juggernaut Santa who replaces the presents with coal.Round 1:the elves have to replace all the coal with small cardboard boxes(the presents).Round 2:the elves have to get all presents on the sleigh.Round 3(optional) elves must find all (your choice of number)randier to run the sleigh .And in each round the elves can only be hit 2 ,then the theirs time they must do a task.And Santa must be hit "blank" times in the head for the elves to win.

Can you do a secret santa but with a twist like forfeits you either get something good or something bad. You do mini challenges the winner get something good and they get something off the other players ,and the losers get a forfeit?(the secret santa part is the plates pick something good of their choice they write it down and the player who wins pick it out of a hat or something and that's what they get off that player who wrote that down , e.g Brian wins he picks out the hat and he picks what joey wrote (lunch) he would get lunch of joey)
