Schloast, you should do a updated video on fake cards discussing the card stock and text. Recently I’ve purchased some GX ultimates from troll and toad and noticed the card feels more flimsy, I’ve never handled cards from that era ( EN ). I trust troll&toad but know mistakes do happen.
sounds like CGC really make quite a few mistakes! alot of room for improvement on their part.
Warming up to cgc. The label is what I’m struggling to get used to. But the slab is top notch tbh. Such a clear good feeling slab. It’s a shame PSA’s slab is such low quality in comparison.
Yeah it's kind of crazy when you put them next to each other, the PSA slab feels like a cheap knock off in comparison haha. I still don't like the CGC label as much as PSA/BGS either but they have at least improved it, it looks a lot better now than it did when they launched
@@Schloast their sports card company CSG is the perfect slab. It’s a really nice label. Same as the CGC label except it’s black/White & Gold in that same crystal clear slab. It’s the best slab on the market tbh
Where did you get that 1st ed sdk bewd no name no 1st ed stamp? I've seen no name cards, but never missing the 1st ed stamp.
It's also the only card I've seen like that from the OG era! Hard to say if it's actually missing the 1st ed stamp but in any case it has a gold Anubis which is very unusual. I picked it up years ago by chance from a guy on IG who advertised it
Did you had to add some informations when you submitted all these error cards or did they exactly knew what error each card was? Like "yo this card is an error card becauseof this and that" 🤔
I put a note on the blue eyes because of how they didn't grade it last time, but no in general you don't need to! They identify the errors themselves. I guess if it's something hard to spot you might want to write something to put them on the right track but in general they seem pretty good at it

They have improved them since they launched a couple years back, but they're still a cut below PSA/BGS labels for sure
