Yuno soecifically is a wind mage, his specialized in tornado spells but he can use all wind based abilities. He also gets this special form from having the Wind spirit which is the embodiment of wind magic on his side SPOILER Later on he gets another grimoire that adds a second magic to him that lets him teleport.

Yuno isn't worthy to Evo cuz he isn't so good in raid but if you want his blessing yea might be worth but if he gets buff might be and his aoe sucks too so this unit is just a blessing unit as of now
