Hi Layla, great video just what I was looking for and wanting to know how to do it in SmartSuite. Questions, can you show how to create the form and will the fields in the form populate fields in a ticket?
Great video! I like the fact that you can start emailing straight from Smartsuite. Unfortunately it just doesn't appear very professional imo when the "via smartsuite" or "smartsuite Inbox" is shown. We are using automations to be able to use the gmail feature instead. But this comes with the added problem that every reply needs to be connected to the smartsuite record again via ply. So a little cumbersome. Nice to see your uncle chuck!!
Can you forward emails to that support board, the same you can with actual helpdesk tools?! This only works if clients will use the forms I created, but I can guarantee you that 9/10 someone will just email me directly rather than find the form link, submit a form, etc.. great video btw.

We really need a group inbox like ClickUp. The only big thing I need. Especially if you are using it for an IT or helpdesk setup.
