Understanding Kitchen Ventilation Systems (KVS): KVS 101 with Accurex

Holden is excited to have Edwin Johnson with Accurex present on Kitchen Ventilation Systems. Most engineering firms will come across kitchens at some point if not in their daily projects. We must all be prepared to understand the KVS specific codes and different options/design considerations. Edwin will provide a brief overview of KVS components, proper design recommendations, and current applicable codes.
