I live in Michigan, I wish I can find a good endodontist to help me. Where I can find doctors like Dr Cunha!. Periodontist performed surgery on bases of perforation by tooth #2 and # 3 after infection secondary to placing crown on # 3. Those teeth got extracted after infection of tooth #3, and extraction of tooth #2 because x-ray showed something on the pulp of the root of that tooth. I am suffering from local pain now (4 months after that surgery), also, I did not benefit anything from that surgery. I visited an oral surgeon for a second opinion, he told me the CBCT I had before that surgery does not necessarily mean perforation. The endodontist, the third opinion says "maybe, maybe not MSEO", but since the tooth had been extracted he cant help me. Now, 8 months after the beginning of stress and pain (since infection secondary to crown), pain, achy pain, nerve pain, the feeling of fluid in upper right jaw, couple of teeth feel like they are loose, pressure in the area of teeth #6,7,8 and lower right sinus. Lost my job, the relation with my wife and son has changed because of the way my upper right teeth feel plus the pain. I am entering a depression, and doctors in Michigan taking guesses.
