Very good video. What battery does that ship use, and what’s the range?

It’s main power supply is 12v. I have a power distribution box that breaks down the volts into smaller sizes. I got it from harbor models.
As far as the range I’ve never done a max range but It can definitely get a few hundred yards away.

What kind of wood did you use and how does it not leak ?

So it’s made out of plywood ribs and wrapped with foam board. I then wrapped it all in fiberglass then painted it. Almost like a real boat.

very nice and big ship. what type used motor and motor size ? brushed or brushless ? esc ? battery ?

erkan engin thanks!! So the motor a DC 12v and it is a belt drive with a 2:1 ratio the model number is MFA960D211. I found all my parts at harbor models. I also have a 5 blade 3.5 inch prop. Definitely a lot of ship at 11ft 3 inches. I have two 12v batteries and I have a battery switch so I can stay out on the water for quite awhile. I also have a small onboard water pump that’s also 12v to circulate cold water around the motor because it does get warm with all the work it’s doing.
