Our vision for the masterplan and commercial complexes adjacent to Shanghai East Railway Station envisions new shopping, working, leisure and hospitality uses that will create a landmark retail and leisure destination in the Yangtze River Delta region of Shanghai.
The project proposes to build a “Dream Planet” with 24-hour entertainment activity. When built the intent is to create a modern ‘living room’ which will become the Eastern gateway of the city and introduce a brand-new image of colourful Shanghai glamour to the world.
