    Do you recommend also adding rear jackers at the same time as the front? Seems like maybe only doing the front might cause the rear metal to bend when cranked down if only adding them to the front?

      In the video I mentioned I added the front and back. I definitely recommend it

    I got some of these for my truck, I love the concept but with I could get a set that were a but shorter, maybe 1 inch vs 1.25 just to give a bit more clearance for my steering wheel.

    Huge improvement on leg circulation

    I’d love to find a place that will jack up the passenger seat in my Tacoma about 2-3”.
    My TRD has the Premium pkg, so the driver’s side is powered.
    I’m buying the Jack for the front seat, but the passenger seat sits too low in the truck.

    here's my situation... 2006 Tacoma. I'm 5 ft tall. The seats fit fine but because i'm so short the driver's side mirror blocks my vision of what's coming toward me from the left. If I were sitting up higher I could probably see over the mirror but I'm afraid I won't be able to reach the pedals. Any thoughts or advice?

    • @stay4theride
      @stay4theride  11 месяцев назад

      Dang. Hmmm. You could probably still reach, you’ll just have to sit up closer. You could always try it out and if it doesn’t work, return it. Hope this helps.

    Purchased these a month ago installed them on my 2023 Tacoma drivers side (power seat) didn’t like them at all, then switched them over to the passenger side (manual seat) thankfully my wife likes them and rest of the family, I was glad in didn’t have to send them back.

      Did you get the parts for both the front and rear of the driver seat?

    • @Mike-4547
      @Mike-4547 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@stay4theride honestly yes I did just for the simple fact that I didn’t want to be left with the “what if”. I tried different configurations with the rear height I dedicated a lot of time because I really didn’t want to go through the trouble of sending them back.

      @@stay4theride The problem for me was that configuration with these installed was the same without them. Now my wife is 5’5” and they worked for her, my nephew is 6’ previous Tacoma owner (had to get a bigger truck for work) he loved them he was amazed on how much bigger the truck felt and how the seating position allowed him to open the glove box with the OEM configuration he wasn’t able to. Not knocking the product it just wasn’t for me because for $140 to keep the seat at where it was before wasn’t worth it, I did get a laugh that when my seat was all the way my head almost touched the roof.

      @@Mike-4547 ahhh understood. I had the power seats too, so height wasn’t a problem. I just really needed the leg support because I had ACL surgery and I was coming from a tundra a much bigger truck where I didn’t have that problem. For example, now I have a Ram 1500(don’t destroy me for having a Ram, I’ve been attacked by most of my viewers already)lol. Anyways, my Ram has great leg support and I don’t get knee pain anymore. So when it comes down to it, it’s whatever suits your needs. But thanks for commenting 😎

      @@stay4theride brother I had a lease 2020 Ram 1500 Hemi (5 passenger meaning I had a center console) it was fully loaded my buyout was $40k & $4K for taxes and $4k for warranty total $48k I had 38.700 miles when I returned it I was supposed to bring it back with 39.000 because of my 39 month lease. The truck was super comfortable my wife and I loved it, the wife didn’t force in anyway to purchase the Tacoma but we were talking and thinking to make a purchase on a truck with 39.000 miles or just buy a new truck with no miles, so I rented a Tacoma for 2 full weeks we did everything took 4 hour road trips and food shopping all the stuff we would do on every day, so we came to the conclusion that we would buy it. I paid $44k out the door for a 2023 Tacoma SR5 v6 4x4 fully loaded I had a friend at the dealership sticker price was $49 plus, I should have kept the Ram the Tacoma cost me more with all the aftermarket mods 😂😂😂😂😂😂 but all said and done I miss the Ram at times but don’t regret buying the Tacoma we humans are never truly happy just the way we are programmed 😂😂😂😂

    As someone who’s also 5’7 but only weighs 170. Would you even recommend this to me and why?

    • @stay4theride
      @stay4theride  11 месяцев назад +2

      If you like your seat the way it is and you are comfortable then no I don’t recommend. But if you aren’t comfortable and you need more leg support because the Tacoma feels like you’re sitting on the ground, then yes I do recommend. For me its helped allot.
