I can't, and I mean I can't, tell you how much these songs mean to me, *especially* The War. I remember listening to this album back in 8th grade when I was at my absolute lowest, never moving and never trying. When I tell you this song latched on to me from the very beginning, I mean it. SYML was so much to me when I was 14. It's a miracle I'm alive.
I was peacefully studying but then I end up crying hearing every piece of music that gives me so much nostalgia. I can't believe we grew up so fast. Everything just seemed like it happened yesterday
If you've not had the opportunity, I highly recommend standing 10 feet away from this amazingly talented guy and his accompanying musicians. We had the pleasure at the Columbia City Theatre in Seattle this year and my wife and I were simply blown away! Thank You Brian Fennell for sharing your gift.
I have had insomnia lately. I played this and before I knew it I woke up hours later. It is like a lullaby for heart broken adults. It unexpectedly soothed my aching heart.
I came across this at the height of a life ending ideation… and it kept me… from 2017 until now, now a new love keeps me, and we listen together. I can’t say thank you enough.
The lyrics in Wildfire make me feel like there is hope for my desolate situation. There are definitely moments when I feel like I am not enough because of the abuse I have endured, but the broken parts of me are still me. They make me venerable and raw. It is beautiful when we get to a place of accepting the broken pieces of ourselves enough to share them with others.

This is so true. If only you knew how much you have adjusted my emotions to just feel it the appropriate way when i wrote my first novel. Your voice haunts my every dream and destroys my every nightmare. I do not know what you look like( i prefer it this way) but your voice is magic and it reminds me of a cloud of colour.
