Cosby got a fair trail. The problem is the blacks, notably the black males sided with everyone else. There are too many still hurt about what Cosby said about the pound cake, sagging pants, and parents talking just as garbled mouth as the children, but then deflect that talking about it in public is airing dirty laundry, when other people sees it and makes fun of it.
And for some, this was not about the accusation, it was about making him pay for presumed disrespect.

Exactly! Women are walking around with the notion that they can go wherever and do whatever and the law is going to protect them.. behind the scenes the district attorney wants a conviction to make the judge look good. Sexual assault cases have a low conviction not because we hate women but if there’s no criminal evidence like bruising and semen residue MOST DA’s will drop the charge because if the state loses a case it opens them up to a lawsuit. TI will skate, Kevin spacey skated, Cuba gooding jr skated, usher skated, nelly skated, tyga skated, David Blaine skated......,.... being a whore is a civil matter not a criminal matter. Women need to understand this when they get dressed in the morning. Most DA’s don’t care that you got your ass grabbed at a bar 30 years ago.

because it’s hard to prove something that happened 30+ years ago and it’s hard for the defendant to defend themselves against accusations from 30+ years ago
no forensic evidence, impossible to track down witnesses, impossible to verify an alibi, memories aren’t reliable because they get distorted with time
