Ssewanya, Ssegirinya in parliament after two year absence

After nearly two years, MPs Muhammad Ssegirinya of Kawempe North and Allan Ssewanyana of Makindye West have reported to Parliament. The two have been in detention following their arrest over the Masaka machete attacks. They are now out on bail. Meanwhile, there was some heavy security deployment around Kampala after the two MPs hinted at plans of holding a procession to Parliament today. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition
