It's hard to put to words what T.R. has pulled me through since I first heard him in '89, he was in my ears while I cleared minefields in Kuwait and got me home, now at fifty and still amazes my with every thing he records being nothing but perfection that brings my inner emotions always wanting more. Danny Elfman has been helping to breath life back into industrial, but he's pushing it into a progressive niche. Progressive industrial. Reznor cements this.

Legendary Pink Dots meet those genre on early eighties, I recommend you listen "Any Day Now" or "Island of Jewels", also Controlled Bleeding meets prog and industrial/noise but they are super eclectic, even more than the dots ... Check those! Also my band Un Festín Sagital was on that industrial-noise meet avant prog, on 2009 "Sic Dilexit Mundum" album, it's a very interesting contrast, primal and complexity

Well, despite knowing it was going to be an otherworldly sonic experience, you have both still blown me away fully beyond that. It is rare to be able to make a viewer/listener feel unsettled in these modern days. However, unsettled is what I felt stewed in by you both. You mad butchers are carvers of sound and sight.. in the best, most visceral way possible.
