I have a singer talent 3321 and would like to hem a pair of jersey trousers. I have been told to use a twin needle and thread with 2 reels of thread. One running left and one running right. What tension, stitch length etc should i use? i also can't see 2 places above the needle to run the cotton so they do not become tangled, is that facility on there? I tried this and the stitch isn't good (loose) and when i altered the tension etc the needle snapped :(
