    How long can you run these cables? A lot of the manufacturers pages I see say only 250-400 feet depending on Watts/Amps etc. How do you do a whole house, if that would require close to 1000 linear feet? Do you guys just plug it in to multiple locations?

    Hello. Can it be connected to a 12 gauge extension cord ? The closest power source is 50 ft away from where I need to install a het cable, thanks
