the decoctive red, white and gold boots you get from castle wars are all better then the fancy/fighting boots the normal vambraces are better then gloves and dont give a negative magic affect making them better then gloves there is also the brunite mace now which does not give as much prayer but is a better weapon fixes as this vid is older

Rune med should be considered a viable alternative to the coif now, I believe they reduced the amount of negative range bonus.

for mage the castle wars bracelet gives more defense bonuses than leather vambrace an it doesnt take away mage strength
