Just notice how as soon as he brings up hang, he goes on a rhyme scheme and flips the world hang a couple times. Then when hes done with the scheme he makes a metaphor with hangman. Then goes into STICK because Hangman is a stickman game. Then flips the world stick a couple times. Using the word stick he alludes to systematic racism then goes into Rioting (Picket signs).
