Esfand do you ever watch The Daytripper? It's a PBS show, done in Austin, the guy goes to the small towns and talks about the history and local cuisine and stuff. There are so many places you can go in just an hour or two and do tons of IRL content without having to fly everywhere.
Also look up Travelman with Richard Ayoade. I feel like you could do something similar and invite other streamers depending on location. Doesnt necessarily need to be locals.
