When jersey shore was on the air while I was in high school I had WTL: walk, tan, laundry. I go for a mile or two mile walk and at the same time I'm getting a tan and then I do laundry.

I really had to force myself he first few weeks. Started seeing results and that’s now what drives me, and tbh I just enjoy the gym.

You should change the T in GTL to tea. After the gym you sit down have a cup of tea and take a beat before you have to do all the laundry:)
