Crime was practically non-existent by today's standards. Communities were still incredibly cohesive. The summers were glorious. And those charismatic people who lived through two world wars were still around. Of course, there was a hidden darkness.....but it was hidden. Then the 1980s hit.......and everything went to shit.

The camera man must have been 6ft 6 and always on the top deck of the tram. Most of the clip was overhead skywards. I think more colourful back then but also hidden decay.
