I really enjoy this movie, though the first one is my favorite of the Thor series. Hemsworth loved getting to cut loose and improvise under Taika’s direction. Oh, and the “He’s a friend from work!” line when Hulk was revealed* as the Champion was suggested by a Make-a-Wish kid visiting the set when they were working on that scene. ❤😈 * Your expression when Hulk came out was priceless!!
when you said rest in peace after talking about Skurge at the end, I thought you meant rip Karl Urban and I aggressively went to google freaking out 😂 just let out a huge breath of relief.
20:32 the line “he’s a friend from work” was thought up by a Make a Wish kid. He was on set and told Chris he should say that. 21:03 Hulk ended up here after “Age of Ultron” when he took the Quinjet and flew off under stealth. Everyone here treated him like a hero and wasn’t afraid of him which is why he stayed Hulk the whole time.
So, this is why I LOVE people reacting to the MCU movies after they have come out by quite a bit. EVERYONE knew Hulk was going to be in this movie because he was in the promo material for it. A lot of the trailers had Thor squaring off against Hulk in the arena on Sakar. So it wasn't a huge surprise to anyone when Thor and Hulk faced off. Once again, you’re like my favorite MCU reactor so far for your honesty (which kinda matches my taste haha). This Thor was definitely an improvement over the second one. But yeah, the humor was a little too much for me. And this like in everyone’s top 5-10. While for me again…fun movie, but right in the middle along with Guardians. She was Brunhilde- the Valkyrie from the comics. A nice little nod- showing that this Valkyrie isn't some inaccurate Hollywood version, but a new separate character.
@@testfire3000 Yeah, it's one of those things that you ONLY know from reading behind the scenes background information. There's really not even enough information to surmise that. There's many things in the MCU like that, like what Jason posted about it being Brunhilde (Which I didn't know). 19:20 - "By Odin's beard, you shall not cut my hair!" So...in the early days of Marvel comics in the 60's, Stan Lee wrote the dialogue for all of those classic Marvel characters, including Thor's "Shakespearean" style of speaking. "By Odin's beard" was a very typical Stan Lee type thing for Thor to say, and here we get Thor spouting that dialogue right back at Stan Lee himself. A nice touch!
Loved the reaction as always, thanks for sharing your honest thoughts - that's what makes the reactions so good. I had a feeling based on GOTG reactions that you wouldn't like this one as much as "popular opinion" and that's obviously ok. 😈 Looking forward to the next reaction!!
Not relevant to the reaction itself but I peep the Lorna Shore shirt! I fucken love LS and Will Ramos is such a beast!! Salute to you fellow metal head! 🫡
Tony Stark gave Thor that nickname because of the movie "Point Break" with Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves, he's blonde and muscular like Swayze's character.
I liked this movie a lot, but I appreciate the humor of this and Guardians more than you do, which is totally fair. Although I do agree that Marvel does have this habit of breaking into serious moments with jokes when sometimes the seriousness should stay for better impact. I put this movie in my top 5 (or maybe just below them) for the story and humor, but also because I love Loki, Hulk had a nice bit of screen time after not seeing him for a while, and the introduction of Korg and Meik, who I got a kick out of. Plus, I have to admit, giant Surtur destroying Asgard was a very cool visual. 😈
While I enjoy the movie for various reason, I feel like I'm in a minority that doesn't appreciate all of the humor that was added. It took a fairly mature and serious character and made him a dumb goofball. Humor is good for relieving tension in a scene but when humor is dumped onto every scene it undercuts those tension filled moments.
When kaiielle was afraid Thor and the valkyrie would kiss - well, somehow I got a feeling that the valkyire rather has a crush on Bruce (and the Hulk). And I´d ship that, she could become the new Natasha to this forsaken green man.
Someone must have told you this by now. When Thor first returns to Asgard and sees Loki/Odin watching the play about his death, the "actor" playing Thor is one of Chris Hemsworth's brothers. XD
Yeah someone mentioned it in the live chat! Very cool. 😊 And I did confirm after the movie that it WAS Matt Damon as Loki in the play which I think is so fun.
oddly enough, they guy playing Thor is the play is Luke Hemsworth, Chris & Liam’s other actor brother lol. he’s in the ‘Westworld’ hbo series 🤠🤖 you should peep that, it’s incredible
You're right, Odin faces ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for anything he does. He's fecked off any repercussions in ALL THREE FILMS. Every single time something he did was coming back to bite him, he either deflected it or avoided it altogether. FFS, he let his own wife die in the last movie to hold onto power that wasn't his. Guy's a narcissistic sociopath and this death was far better than he deserved.
I wish I liked this movie like everyone else does. I respect it. But man, do I not vibe with it. I don’t like Taika’s approach to Thor. The had an established manner of behaving, but then Taika turned him into basically a dudebro. Not a fan of that. I also don’t like the “Guardians style humor” as you put it. Then it takes one of my favorite comic stories, Planet Hulk, and makes a complete joke of it. If you like this movie, cool, I love that for you. I’m not here to debate whether or not it’s a good movie. Like I said, I respect it from a narrative standpoint.
Awesome reaction! When this movie came out I thought it was my favorite one ever but after a few replays the humor undercutting the serious stuff got to me. I still highly enjoy it as all the characters are GREAT and the overall energy of the film is really fun.
I wholeheartedly agree with this assessment. I've done 3 rewatches for MCU phases 1-3 and this is one of only 3 of the movies that I can't get through a second watching. Meanwhile I've watched The Dark World at least 5 times. The humor is really jarring and mistimed and takes me completely out of the movie every time.
Somehow… I guess I just have trouble appreciating why you have problem with the humor in the movie. Again, I thought it was fine and NOT overdone. But… to each there own. I just feel sad for those who didn’t appreciate it.
Humor preferences depend on so much, to be fair. The characters, who the actors are, the delivery, the overall context of the story and what's happening in the scene that the specific line is dropped. I've explained myself many times over by now about how I feel about certain styles of humor in the MCU. I enjoy some of it, and some of it I don't. I'm VERY glad to hear that you love it and I'm happy for you! 😊
For me, this is one of the most overrated movies. Felt like a direct parody to GoTG. Love GoTG1, but felt the Odin death rushed and the villain so little fleshed. And I started loving Thor from this movie, and is still my second favorite character after Loki. Thor 1 was better to me too.
This was undeniably one of the most successful reboots in movie history. The fact that they completely changed up the emotional tone and visual style of the world, as well as the attitude and even *speaking style* of the series' main character, all while having the guts to stay "no, this is IN-UNIVERSE, this is PART 3", *and still have it *work*? Amazing. 🤌😘 😈
One thing to ponder is how long hulk was on Sakaar, because Thor and Loki were tossed from the bifrost moments apart, yet Loki arrived weeks prior. Time works differently on Sakaar. He could have been there for a really REALLY long time
Immigrant Song is perfect for Thor. One of the lines in the song is "The hammer of the God will drive our ships to New lands ' Led Zeppelin loved Norse Mythology.
Sooo many Amon Amarth songs would rule in these movies. "Twilight of the Thunder God" would fit anywhere in the film, while "Hel" would've been the perfect intro for Hela.
This is my favorite of the Thor movies! I totally agree with the over used humor in the film. Your reaction seeing Hulk as the Champion, was great. Glad you nobody spoiled it for you. So, about Thor's password on the Quinjet... Back in the first Avengers movie, Thor, Nat, Cap, Bruce, and Fury are having a discussion about Loki. Tony and Coleson finish their conversation. Tony then walks past Thor and says, "No hard feelings Point Break, you have a mean swing!" Point Break is the name Tony Stark gave Thor in the first Avengers film because of his resemblance to Patrick Swayze in the 1991 film, Point Break. Glad you are enjoying your MCU journey, your reactions are awesome! Looking forward to the next one!
😈Agreed! Yes, the humor gives it a different feel from the previous Thor movies, which is an adjustment to make. But the important thing is, is that the humor works. It's funny and human and relatable. And it makes sense for the characters.
@@deancafe4739 Completely agreed. The humor in Thor: Dumb and Dumber did NOT work. It made no sense, and wasn't funny. Taika made a good Thor movie (IMO one of the best MCU movies), and then turned around and made what is, IMO, the absolute worst MCU movie.
Skurge is a classic recurring Thor villain of the "worthy opponent" variety in the comics, both having a great deal of respect for each other. This version was a pretty major departure, but still managed to keep Skurge's final act of heroism EXTREMELY close to the original version
I believe Hemsworth had come out after Thor 2 saying something along the lines of him not really enjoying the Shakespearean depiction of the character from the first two movies, so the changes here were to help keep him happy and to mix things up from The Dark World (which was commonly thought of as the worst MCU movie at the time). This should explain why this movie feels so different to the other two. Great work as always. I never fail to enjoy these reactions. Can't wait for the next few 😈
I knew this movie wasn't going to quite live up to the hype for you just by your reactions to the Guardians movies and Ragnarok clearly has the same vibe. Glad you still enjoyed it overall. Also glad you weren't spoiled the Hulk was in this movie a lot of us were by the trailers
Trailers ? He was on the poster ! I hate marketing for movies ,they ruin so much . I will set you a challenge @kaiielle after you see endgame , take a sit and see the trailers ,the official ones , for all the mcu movies and be in awe of the things they showed .
@@vinnycordeiro thor is a freaking god, he is regal, he has an intimidating presence and strikes fear across the universe, but idiot taika decided to make him peter quill.. SMH.
9:56 That was the most unperturbed and nonchalant reaction that I’ve ever seen to Hela destroying Mjolnir. (Timestamp fixed, as per conversation with Kaiielle.)
@@kaiielle i wonder if the mismatch is because I paused on the “livestream” premiere and not on the posted video. I imagine so. I’ll edit the timestamp after I finish watching your reaction. So far so good.
Ahh yeah that's probably it. Glad you're enjoying the reaction! I don't think my reaction to her breaking Mjolnir was nonchalant, but was it a complete surprise? No. She seemed pretty powerful right from seeing and hearing her.
I go back and forth on this one. First time through, the hype was a problem. The second time through, I liked it quite a bit more. This third time through, I could tell right from the beginning that the humor was going to pay like Guardians to you and thus I also came down on it a bit. I really love Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Taika Waititi as Korg, and the addition of Hulk (your reaction to that reveal was delightful, and of course it was in all the trailers and marketing, so most people didn't get to be caught by surprise), but I do think this particular mode of silliness, where it's sort of self-aware, is a type of humor that's very popular these days and this movie suffers from the jokes being a bit predictable. I love the earnestness of the first Thor and the Thor/Jane relationship, not to mention the ridiculously Shakespearean drama of it. Speaking of that Hulk reveal, if I'm remembering correctly, Hemsworth was doing Make-a-Wish visits and one of the kids that he spoke to suggested the line "He's a friend from work!" There was also a great deal of criticism about, well, all of Age of Ultron, but one of the many targets was the "sun's going down" stuff, which is why they're actually making fun of it by repeatedly doing it here. You may have recorded it before Ragnarok first, but Cassie just reacted to Point Break, which is a classic '90s action movie about surfers. One of the two leads looks something like Thor, before his hair gets cut. The year before this one, Waititi made what I think is his best film, the movie The Hunt For the Wilderpeople, starring Sam Neill (who you appeared to recognize as the Odin in the play, making this a Jurassic Park reunion even though he and Jeff Goldblum don't share any scenes). It also features Rachel House in a key supporting role, the same woman who plays The Grandmaster's deadpan assistant here. Highly recommend it. Replaying the credits scene from Doctor Strange in its entirety is an extension of that particular tag being one of the few that wasn't uniquely shot for the movie it appears in to set up another movie, but rather, a clip simply lifted wholesale out of that later film and dropped in the earlier one. My main thought at this point is that it's just wild that you're already this far into the MCU journey. Obviously, not going to spoil anything, but knowing what follows the first post-credits scene here, it's like, jeez...time flies. 😈
Oh I had no idea there was criticism about the "sun going down" lines .. makes sense why they really dug into that in this movie. Thanks for explaining the Point Break thing! Another movie I haven't seen. 😏 I know, I can't believe I'm already this far into it too. May set me back a bit, but I should still get nearly caught up by the end of the year. 😊 Thanks for the info/comment!
@@kaiielleou will be well caught up by the end of the year. And you should get used to some of the humor. Seth Rogan recently said that it’s hard to make comedies these days because they are directly in competition with marvel, which objectively speaking, makes comedy movies. Personally I don’t have the same feeling towards Guardians of the Galaxy that you do. These movies have the uncanny ability to make you laugh one minute and bawl your eyes out the next. There isn’t one Marvel movie that will hit you in the feels like the two guardians movies(well, almost none). No other relationship they’ve portrayed in another movie has the same amount of emotion as what James Gunn did with those. Especially in 2. Forget Quill’s relationship with Yondu, one of my favorite scenes is when Drax and Mantis are sitting on the steps and Drax muses about his daughter and taking her to see the fountains, and mantis touches him to feel what he’s feeling and she weeps so deeply and looks out on the scenery. I mean wtf, nothing else comes close to the emotion in those movies. Same in this one with Thor and Loki with Odin, and Thor and Loki’s heart to heart in the elevator. I love all the marvel movies but the humor is just a part of it. No one cracks more jokes than Tony, why does no one gripe about that?
@@portalina Thanks for the novel of you telling me what I need to feel and think. I'm my own person. Most of Tony's jokes I am fine with, but that's because I like the Avengers more than I like the Guardians of the Galaxy. I think I've said that twice now. I've also expressed that I enjoy the serious MCU instalments more, when there's less humor. I'm glad you love these movies! The best thing about Marvel is there is something in this franchise for everyone.
😈🤘 I enjoyed this, despite the 'forced' humor. I felt your eyerolls, but it's okay. Even of the ones that work really well, I don't take any of these movies seriously. With Thor's opening monologue, the stage was set for what would be a quirky, fun movie that didn't take itself too seriously. So, I just enjoyed the ride. I think the next film up is Black Panther, then Infinity War. I'm looking forward to your reactions to both. I'm along for the ride! Thank you for the watch.
The new Humor of Himbo Thor is, for better or worse, a direct result of Chris Hemsworth flexing his movie production muscles. The goofiness is just his taste. Some people feel ambushed by the change in tone, but I love it. To me, it's authentic. As we say goodbye to Odin, we say hello to the real Thor. There are still more than enough super-serious heroes in the MCU! 😈
No need to worry about Valkyrie and Thor. Valkyrie is a lesbian character. The person who died protecting her was her lover. That's why the memory was so traumatic.
I think is the best of the Thor movies. Taika is a great director that brought a fresh take on Thor's character in this movie. I think the Thor movie after this suffered from having him direct AND write the movie; almost exactly like the 2 recent Wonder Woman movies from DC. Until very recently, Marvel studios did not have the rights to make a Hulk movie with him as the titular character - The Incredible Hulk was made by Universal in association with Marvel and they were not able to come to terms on making another Hulk film. Because of that, much of the Hulk's arc is told in the Avengers movies and in Ragnarok.
For me, this really is peak Thor. I won't lie, it took me stepping away from it and coming back to it to really click with the movie, but I'm really glad that I did. The opening was just so jarring compared to the other appearances of Thor. Still, once I got a feel for it, it really became my favorite Thor movie thus far. I also kind of can't help but laugh that Korg and Meek are... basically one big rock-paper-scissors joke. Korg is a rock who was defeated by paper (not printing out enough pamphlets), and who stepped on Meek, who... is basically scissors. But, honestly, more than anything, I love what this movie meant for Loki's arc. Thor was right... he's a trickster, but he has it in him to be so much more than that. Frigga's death started that change for him, and when Odin passed, and told both of them that he was proud of them... you can see how much that hit home for him. Thor and Loki are best when they are acting as brothers... because they are _so_ good in that role. Loki is one of my MCU favorites, right up there with Cap and Rocket. 🤘😈
You’re really not here for the jokes, huh!😁 When I saw this in the theater I laughed the entire time, but as I was leaving I thought to myself, “I don’t know about that!”. Disconnected from the rest of the previous installments of the MCU, this movie is great. As a part of the MCU, eeeehh? Thor is a warrior, a king and a god. He is not a joke. This movie transformed him into a goofball. A lot of people love it, me personally I prefer the serious Norse God of phase one. I love comedy, but not when it turns our warrior/king/god into a clown.
I...think this movie is weaker than the dark world, honestly. I think they wasted the incredible acting prowess of Blanchett. I don't vibe with Taika's humour. This movie misses harder for me than the guardians of the galaxy did. It felt rushed. Odin's like "oh exposition dump and you have a first born sister and she's about to turn up and I'm fucking off to go find your mother. Don't wait up!" I don't like chad Thor. In the dark world he had so much growth and nuance. There are some really good lines but I can't stand everything being played off. I don't like how disjointed this feels from the rest of the MCU. Of the Thor movies this one is the worst by far. I actually liked the Dark World. I thought the loss of his mother and the almost PTSD like response at times. The ending when we found out Odin was Loki had so much potential and I don't believe that the Loki that fooled Thor then was the Loki that just gave up the ruse. I feel like this is almost an alternate timeline or something. Also there was a lot skipped over with Odin telling Loki it took him some time to break his spell. I don't like things getting glossed over to race towards the next action scene. I don't like that so much of the bad elements of the story are buried in visual candy floss. I bet Surtur would dig "to the Hellfire" seems apropos of his proclivities ;)
😈Glad you enjoyed Thor Ragnarok! I'm kinda with you though. The first Thor movie holds a special place in my heart for some reason. I like the humor of Ragnarok but again just like you it was a little heavy for me. Korg and Miek were hilarious 😅 I'm not sure who my favorite character was though. RIP to Ray Stevenson! If you ever want to take a Marvel detour. You can always check out Punisher: Warzone where he (Ray Stevenson) plays the Punisher. it is an excellent Non-MCU stand alone Marvel movie.
Thor Ragnarok is fun to watch and rewatch. It may have some problems, but I can overlook them. Just a fun movie. Also… I can’t see Odin winning any father of the year awards. 😈
Best part of this movie is Hulk ragdolling Thor like he did to Loki in the first Avengers. I find it hilarious though that's the same actor who played Julius Caesar on Xena: Warrior Princess playing Skurge.
@@ricardoortiz4870 Typos aside, that always blows my mind. I saw Karl Urban in reruns of Xena: Warrior Princess as her mortal nemesis Caesar before I saw him as Skurge.
I prefer the purity of the first Thor, too. I do agree that stoic Thor can be on the boring side, but still, I like that style as long as the right things are done with it.
If you want to see what Thor was up to on Earth before this movie, you should watch the 'Team Thor' shorts. While technically not canon, they're a great laugh.
Accurate guess! 😏 So many movies in between had me forget. Looks like I need to rewatch my own reactions to these individual movies before I start watching the next ones.
Korg is made of rocks, his buddy Mick with knives for hands is the only one afraid of him & his revolution was defeated because of not enough paper. Rock. Paper, Scissors personified. also, Korg's voice is the film's Director, Taika Waititi.

Not relevant to the reaction itself but I peep the Lorna Shore shirt! I fucken love LS and Will Ramos is such a beast!! Salute to you fellow metal head! 🫡
I do think that they just told Jeff Goldblum to show up and the only direction was, "Be Jeff Goldblum."
I believe that. 😂
Odin was such a bad ass in his youth! Chris is Gigantic in the the next one!!
This is honestly a huge comfort movie for me, great reaction :)
Thanks so much!
Great reactions, I just don’t know why I always watch after the movie reaction. I just love these movies so much I found this movie hilarious.
Love your Vader shirt!
😈We're getting so close to the epic-ness of the MCU! I'm so excited!! 🤘
Me too!
Did you know the grand master is the brother of the collector?
Tony Stark gave Thor that nickname because of the movie "Point Break" with Patrick Swayze and Keanu Reeves, he's blonde and muscular like Swayze's character.
Yeah, haven't seen that one yet! But probably will one day here for the channel.
Point Break is an 80s film starring Patrick Swayze as a surfer with long blonde hair & a lot of muscles.
My life's motto: Another day, another Doug!
The snake scene was improvised
Hulk is the strongest avengers and that a fact
By the way love your reaction ❤
You're so lucky you didn't see the trailer where they spoiled the Hulk reveal.
The fact that Hulk was in this movie was also on the movie poster that she didn’t see. That’s how I knew that Hulk was in this.
The point break reference is funny lol.... And the face she made at 44:45 had me dying when korg was talking about rebuilding LMFAO
One day I'll watch the movie and then that joke will make sense.
@@kaiielleheck yeah, I think you'd like it. And great reaction. I enjoyed it.
regardless of the vibes the pacing of this film was a relief from previous ones
Yep, loved the pacing!
yes it was Matt Damon who looked a lot like Matt Damon as play-Loki. but who did play-Thor look like?
While I enjoy the movie for various reason, I feel like I'm in a minority that doesn't appreciate all of the humor that was added. It took a fairly mature and serious character and made him a dumb goofball. Humor is good for relieving tension in a scene but when humor is dumped onto every scene it undercuts those tension filled moments.
Fun fact Chris Hemsworth brother played him in the loki play
When kaiielle was afraid Thor and the valkyrie would kiss - well, somehow I got a feeling that the valkyire rather has a crush on Bruce (and the Hulk).
And I´d ship that, she could become the new Natasha to this forsaken green man.
Thank god Miek is alive.
I bet that Mikey dude is fun at parties
I'd party with him.
oddly enough, they guy playing Thor is the play is Luke Hemsworth, Chris & Liam’s other actor brother lol. he’s in the ‘Westworld’ hbo series 🤠🤖 you should peep that, it’s incredible
Sad they make Hela a one movie villain.. would’ve loved seeing her in other movies
Good reaction
Love the shit outta this movie
You're right, Odin faces ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for anything he does. He's fecked off any repercussions in ALL THREE FILMS. Every single time something he did was coming back to bite him, he either deflected it or avoided it altogether. FFS, he let his own wife die in the last movie to hold onto power that wasn't his. Guy's a narcissistic sociopath and this death was far better than he deserved.
fun fact: tessa thompson is a babe
The humor is really jarring and mistimed and takes me completely out of the movie every time.
rolling your eyes at every joke...
Not every joke!
i'll be one of the few of these comments but I hate this film 😬
I feel like all of Taika’s films are written by 7 year olds.
The Dark World wasn't horrible but very forgettable as most of the scenes were just grey.
Def not a horrible movie, but near the bottom of the list for me so far.
Amazing. 🤌😘
😈
One thing to ponder is how long hulk was on Sakaar, because Thor and Loki were tossed from the bifrost moments apart, yet Loki arrived weeks prior. Time works differently on Sakaar. He could have been there for a really REALLY long time
Immigrant Song is perfect for Thor. One of the lines in the song is "The hammer of the God will drive our ships to New lands '
Led Zeppelin loved Norse Mythology.
The lyrics are a great fit, indeed!
Haven't seen Point Break so was unsure of the actual meaning behind that nickname.
Let's Gooo! So excited for this reaction! I hope you like it. Ragnarok is a top 3 MCU film for me
😈Agreed! Yes, the humor gives it a different feel from the previous Thor movies, which is an adjustment to make. But the important thing is, is that the humor works. It's funny and human and relatable. And it makes sense for the characters.
@@PhilBagelsyea tell that to love and thunder.. Taika destroyed thor by making him funny and silly.. SMH.
@@deancafe4739 where Raganrok hit a great balance, Love and Thunder went overboard. One was a home run, the other was a swing and a miss.
Simply no. It is a decent movie for sure but but does not make the top 5.
If you've ever seen Taika Waititi in an interview, this film matches him perfectly
Best use of a Led Zeppelin song in a Marvel movie.
Glad Disney let Taika do his thing.
Taika's music choices are always amazing, the soundtrack of Thor: Love and Thunder was also a blast.
Taika destroyed thor.
@@deancafe4739 Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man
@@vinnycordeiro thor is a freaking god, he is regal, he has an intimidating presence and strikes fear across the universe, but idiot taika decided to make him peter quill.. SMH.

Kaiielle the grandmaster and the collector from the 1st GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY MOVIE ARE BROTHERS
9:56 That was the most unperturbed and nonchalant reaction that I’ve ever seen to Hela destroying Mjolnir. (Timestamp fixed, as per conversation with Kaiielle.)
Your timestamp is a couple minutes behind where the reaction actually is to that scene.
@@kaiielle Fair enough. It was a good catch noticing her with Mjolnir in the mural. Have a great week, my friend.
@@TheSilverJedi You too, Jedi! 🤘
Some of the plot and characters were taken from the "Planet Hulk" comics, which also got its own animated movie.
@@kaiielledefinitely recommend Point Break. Classic Keanu and Swayze bromance.
😈🤘
I enjoyed this, despite the 'forced' humor.
😈 Hulk has such an impact on this movie it cant beunderstated
My favorite Thor movie!! 😈😈 Can't wait for the next few, buckle up!! 😮😮
I loved seeing how you reacted to seeing Hulk, I was looking forward to seeing it when you were thinking who would be the great champion.
You’re really not here for the jokes, huh!😁
When I saw this in the theater I laughed the entire time, but as I was leaving I thought to myself, “I don’t know about that!”.
I agree with you, I def prefer serious Thor, but I also prefer the more serious instalments of the MCU anyway. Some of the humor worked, some didn't!
*Thor enters the room*
Kaiielle: "Daddy?!?!?"
*Hela enters the room*
Kaiielle: "... Mommy?!?!?..."
😂😈😂😈😂😈😂😈😂😈😂
😈
As a superhero movie, I'm not a big fan of this one. As a superhero parody, it's brilliant.
Cate Blanchett never looked better.
This was a good movie, Fun Fact: 80% of this movie was actually improvised! 😈
This movie is fun, but I too think this movie is maybe like 15% overhyped lol.
In the play, Matt Damon was Loki, Sam Neil (Jurassic Park) was Odin, and Chris Hemworth's older brother Luke was playing Thor.
favorite Thor movie,so much comedy
Hela could come back as we didn't see a body.
Best part of this movie is Hulk ragdolling Thor like he did to Loki in the first Avengers. I find it hilarious though that's the same actor who played Julius Caesar on Xena: Warrior Princess playing Skurge.
You mean Karl Urban.
@@ricardoortiz4870 Yup. I forgot to edit my comment a bit before I pressed "post" 🤦♀🤦♀
@@Rainbow.Pegacorn.Cosplay No worries.
I think there was definitely a way to add more humor and lightheartedness without becoming so blatant and ruining all of the moments with it
Nice. My all time number one MCU movie. Everything a comic book movie should be.
If you want to see what Thor was up to on Earth before this movie, you should watch the 'Team Thor' shorts. While technically not canon, they're a great laugh.
Super
so... im guessing you forgot the ending of Thor 2 where they showed us that Loki replaced Odin lol
"why is odin acting like this"
Accurate guess!
Thanks Kaiielle - really looking forward to your reaction to Infinity War!!!!!
If you liked karl urban as skurge then you'll love him in his best role as dredd (2012 version)
He is also very good in RED.
