I cried watching this. It is a great reminder that Jesus loves us no matter what that even to our last moments when we ask for forgiveness He would embrace us home.
This is so moving..It makes me tear up every time...I wish Chris Daughtry would do more performances like this so that the light of Jesus can be better seen through his music..
The song wasn't written for the show "Passion" but they used it to tell the story of Judas betraying Jesus. Chris Daughtry is an American singer that was voted off American Idol in the last four weeks of the finale. Everyone was shocked!! But yes this tell the story of Judas betraying Jesus and having him arrested and crucified by the romans, he shows great emotion in the video!! But even when we don't always walk in the way of the Lord, he forgives us of our sins because he loves us so!! God Bless!!
Yeah, I was shocked that he didn't make it to the end... until I heard my sisters talking about who they think should be voted off of the next segment of American Idol. Sister 1: Oh, they should keep him on and send the other guy home. Sister 2: But he sucks, the other guy is a much better singer. Sister 1: Yeah but he's CUTER and if they send him home we won't get to see him anymore. That's when it hit me; are people really getting voted off for lack of talent or has the show become a vanity-based popularity contest?
Penny Hancock Jencarlos was in 5 soap operas. He had the lead role in 3 - Mi corazón insiste, Pasión Prohibida and Mas sabe el diablo. He was voted best actor 2 times. His soaps were an international success. He also wrote and sang the theme songs which were on top of the Latin Billboard charts. The songs were titled Más sabe el diablo, Mi corazón insiste, Dime, Búscame, and more
I love this i really feel and understand the pain both Judas and Jesus are going through they both knew that this was there last stand for judas he couldn't overcome his demons and they completely tore him apart and Jesus realized that he alone couldn't save everything and everyone he was in pain too because of this and he didn't have enough time or power to help judas even though he really wanted to he was calling all of the angels in hope that they would give him more power and faith but in the end judas was forever broken down and Jesus was crucified and then born again he died for all of us and all of our sins.
This performance makes me cry. It feels like Jencarlos and Chris have pushed their emotional limits! This song is so perfekt, it's like it was written especially for the conflict between Jesus and Judas.
+Wilfredo Contreras I agree. Jencarlos Canela plays such a compassionate Jesus. Most movies play Jesus kind of standoff-ish, which Jesus certainly was not. He made me rethink the way things I've read in the Bible actually occurred, such as when Jesus told Peter he would deny him 3 times. I pictured it more of an accusation, but after seeing Jencarlos putting his hand behind Peter's neck, and looking at him so kindly, I have a different idea of how it really happened. I saw in an interview that he said God is the center of his life, so I guess he had the right heart for the role....not to mention a beautiful voice.
I really feel like Chris Daughtry when he sang Demons 😢😢because I had my first ex fiance for 7 in a half years and he blamed me for everything, I always burst into tears when I sing it
I understand that must've been such a heavy burden to have to hold for so long I lost my whole family in a deadly fire while I was in school I cry Everytime I hear this song cause I also feel like I relate to Chris Daughtry's emotions in this song
This scene totally captured the moment between Judas and Jesus! I never would have picked a better song! Especially the lines "But I am Hell Bound", "I need to let you go", and "I Can't escape this now, unless you show me how."
after I saw this it renewed my faith of what Jesus did for us I liked the modern twist made it a lot easier for younger generations to understand what Jesus had to go throw for all of us
I have never viewed the Bible as anything more than a collection of stories, but man is this a good performance. I think I'm going to have to watch the whole show at some point.
Such a powerful scene. I grew up a Catholic and have gone to church every Sunday, but the real drama and emotion of the Passion never really reached me until I saw this scene. Maybe I'll start to pay attention now
I was watching with my parents and even though I am over 30 years younger (at 22), I shed a tear and had to hold back crying a lot. This scene really did it for me
Howdy James, might I suggest the reason it never hit you home is because in the catholic church the true Gospel isnt preach? Christ isn't enough and you have to atone for your sins by your own works by attending mass. The true Gospel is Jesus Christ, and him alone. You are saved by Faith in Him alone, and there is nothing else needed. Christ saves!
You are wrong! You don't to go to church or mass in order to be a good christian. Doing good and showing kindness, compassion, love and fighting for those who cannot fight is the way to be a good person, christian and human being. If you try to force religion or going to church on someone you are no christian! This is why I get those looks when I say I am christian because of comments like this.
Not only a beautiful song, and so powerful, the way they divided the lyrics; like they really are talking to each other. Daughtry and Jencarlos both give such epic PERFORMANCES here too, not just with their voices. You SEE and you FEEL the inner turmoil that Judas must have felt, and you feel Jesus' love for him despite knowing the part he had to play in God's plan. Mind-blowingly good
I agree. Jencarlos and Chris Daughtry not only sing fantastically, they both manage to convey the emotions to the audience. It's an incredible achievement. Jencarlos is known to be a very good actor, but Chris Daughtry was a real surprise with his acting.
Its my first time to watch this ...and i felt it ...it was so mazing and captivating..im just wondering where am i the last 6 or 5 yrs...its like i missed more things in life..
I will never look at this song the same way again! The police car lights are great background lighting for this scene. Every scene from The Passion has a very powerful message that I think everyone should see even if they may not be religious. This reenactment of The Passion of the Christ moved me so much and has given me a better understanding of the story from the betrayal to the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
This scene in the whole production is my favorite, because the raw emotion feels real. Jencarlos portrays Jesus so well that the pain in his eyes when Judas betrays him can be physically felt. I've always admired Jesus for his ability to forgive those closest to him who hurt him the most ie Peter and Judas. It's inspiring to see someone so innocent and pure forgive so quickly and easily.
This may sound strange.. But whenever I hear this sing on the radio, Its like it hits me deep into my Soul. And I can't help but sing out loud. Anytime I hear this, It takes me back to my past. Some years were not the best years for me. Some of those Years, Satan tried to get the best of me and he did come close a few times to taking my life. If it weren't for GOD being in MY life, I prob wouldn't be here today. This song always touches me in the depths of my soul
The part of this that always gets me is right before the first chorus, when Jesus sighs and drops his shoulders, knowing what is about to happen. I also love Chris Daughtry's performance as Judas. You can feel the turmoil and pain in hi..
This scene really shows the truest love of Christ. For the simple fact, he trusted Judas, called him a friend and (I believe) later forgave him; despite him being a traitor. This is a REALLY powerful & moving scene.
I can tell that both Daughtry and Jencarlos Canela have beautiful voices! And they nailed the song real good! Still reminds me of last year when I watched it on Palm Sunday, for the matter. If it gave me goosebumps, it still gives me goosebumps in the video i'm seeing today.
The Passion was incredible, I thought at first it was gonna be terrible but they did it so well. I love Daughtry and he sang so well. This song constantly gives me goosebumps at 2:41
That entire production was incredible. Props to all the performances including Trisha, Chris, Daltrey, Caros and all those I forget. Thank you Tyler for this powerful production LIVE throughout the streets of Atlanta.
+Jeremy Burnette He slayed it. His voice is perfect for this song. I personally think he sang it better than the lead singer of Imagine Dragons. There was so much heart & soul in his performance. You can feel that inner turmoil.
I have heard the original song before and didnt care for it. I found this version and cant stop listening to it.We all have demons we have all betrayed, and we all have been betrayed. Its how we move forward from those situations to not only feel the passion of christ. But to feel the passion for/of life.
Love this song but damn they sing it so well together. I get tears in three parts. When Daughtry says " but I am hell bound" the expression on his face. Next is when Jencarlo says" unless you show me how" and the music stops. And I know this isn't part of the song and I don't know who the apostle is but he says " Jesus don't leave us" it breaks my heart every time.
My English teacher made us watch this and this was my favorite part.It really tells you that Judas didn't wanna be the bad guy,he didn't wanna do that to Jesus,he knew it would end up bad but he felt trapped.Even though Jesus offered him a way out,he still felt that there was no way out so he did what he did anyways.Judas was the bad guy but he wasn't the "bad guy".You see what I'm saying? The part had everyone in their feels and I just came here to say...Thank you Lord.....for all you have done for us.And thank you for reading this comment.Have a nice life☺
Religious or or non religious, this has always been a tale of a friend betraying another friend, at its very base that is what Judas' betrayal always was, a friend turning on a friend, and anyone, everyone should understand the turmoils behind this story, whether you believe in god or not, there is a message here.
watched this when it came out. My daughter just reminded me of this song after attending the Imagine dragons concert, tonight. lol. I love this performance....still good to watch after 2 years. Wishing everyone a beautiful night. GOD BLESS US ALL AND KEEP US SAFE.
Holy cow. That just brought a whole new meaning to that song for me. I’m just discovering this and I wish I had earlier. I’m stunned. Touched. And am in awe. I really needed this right now.
This actually made me cry. I never thought that this song could be from a Christian perspective and me being a Christian for 19 years, this song just cuts me so deep. This is so emotional. I'm glad that Daughtry decided to cover this song. Well done Chris.
wow this is the last duet i would expect, i didnt know jencarlos canela cooperated with us singers, i am stunned and pleasantly surprised cuz this cover is beautiful and sad
Chris puts on a great performance for the Passion; it made me feel sorry for Judas and all the troublesome emotions he was dealing with. Although we're thought to believe that Judas is burning in hell somewhere for all of eternity, to me his end actions, the sorrow, trying to give back the money, repenting, and then finally hanging himself because he just couldn't bear the pain of what he had done... I honestly believe in my heart the Son of Man forgave him. When you think about how the high priests plotted constantly to kill Jesus, how the Romans beat him so terribly and mocked him, and then ultimately Pilate became the conformist to appease the people, rather than do the right thing... To me these people did much worse and did not feel sorry until long after it was too late to do anything. I dunno; I'm not the only one whom feels this way now. Our God is a forgiving one... And how many Judas-like people are there in this world that betray, and hurt people and wish so badly in the end they could have forgiveness. Maybe his worst action was ending his life; which if he wasn't saved, it is because of this. But how many people in this world end up committing suicide because their demons are eating them alive inside or because they felt they hurt someone so badly and the guilt literally killed them? Are we to say they were ALL hell-bound?! We are not God, and I believe at the end when Jesus said "Forgive them Father, they know not what they do", He was speaking of ALL those involved in his death, including his friend. Anyhow, this is all just my thoughts on a matter of biblical proportion... I imagine many will disagree... *But this performance basically proves that Chris Daughtry would be perfect for an emotionally fueled Broadway Musical... He should really consider because I would be sure to see him. I was always a fan of Chris and really believe he is underrated and deserves more credit. He is a very talented artist for sure!
just rewatched the passion cause today is easter #quarentineeaster. such a beautiful and powerful event, i love watching it every year. daughtry and jencarlos are outstanding singers who need more recognition 🤩🤩🤩
Can’t believe that I’ve discovered this version only now! My favourite song & favourite singers.. Daughtry & Jencarlos! I love it and I’m too excited!!❤️
[Verse 1] When the days are cold and the cards all fold And the saints we see are all made of gold When your dreams all fail and the ones we hail Are the worst of all and the blood’s run stale [Pre-Chorus 1] I want to hide the truth, I want to shelter you But with the beast inside, there’s nowhere we can hide No matter what we breed, we still are made of greed This is my kingdom come, this is my kingdom come [Chorus] When you feel my heat, look into my eyes It’s where my demons hide, it’s where my demons hide Don’t get too close, it’s dark inside It’s where my demons hide, it’s where my demons hide [Verse 2] At the curtain’s call is the last of all When the lights fade out, all the sinners crawl So they dug your grave and the masquerade Will come calling out at the mess you made [Pre-Chorus 2] Don’t want to let you down, but I am hell bound Though this is all for you don’t want to hide the truth No matter what we breed, we still are made of greed This is my kingdom come, this is my kingdom come [Chorus] [Bridge] They say it's what you make, I say it's up to fate It's woven in my soul, I need to let you go Your eyes, they shine so bright, I want to save their light I can't escape this now, unless you show me how [Chorus]
Besides the trial, this was the best part of the show! Jencarlos and Daughtry deliver a stunning and moving performance. Loved the musical!Wonder if there will be a dvd? Without the annoying cuts to the audience during the songs...?! This song is even better now, without the live audience!
Even when The Passion is modernized, this is one of the most heart-wrenching scenes in the musical. (Fun fact): Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible and at least one of the Psalms (Psalm 90).
This is a work of art. The different parts used for this song, almost like they are engaging in a conversation, like in "The Phantom of the Opera" is phenomenal. Love this.
Loved this video!! It was so, so, awesome to see this scene without cutting away to the audience faces!! They got to see the entire thing without cutting away to my face!! We didn't get to see the part where Judas grabbed Jesus' face while saying, "look into my eyes!" and that was very powerful! So glad I got to see it here!!! I hope Fox puts this show out on DVD WITHOUT cutting away from the scenes. I loved Tylor Perry's narration, but everything else could go!
I love this song as it was originally done, but when this version was done, Jencarlos and Daughtry added so much passion and pain to it that you really felt it. It was so intense.
Thank you for posting. I went to catholic school all my life and this scene was so powerful in showing the true dynamics that most likely existed between Jesus and Judas at the moment of the betrayal.
"Your eyes--they shine so bright, I want to save that light."
I don't know why, but that line hits me so hard for some reason. Amazing, powerful song.
so much agreeeeeed
I cried watching this. It is a great reminder that Jesus loves us no matter what that even to our last moments when we ask for forgiveness He would embrace us home.
He wants to save all of our lights :)
So moving and powerful moment in this. Makes me cry every time.
I would like this but it's at the legendary *69*
Am I the only one who likes this version better. I love Imagine Dragons, but this has so much more emotion.
Sage Skywater no I totally agree this version is so much better
I agree. My favorite version
Makes me cry every time the best version. I listen just to clean my soal we all got those demons
Imagine dragons doesn't even compare this is so much more
Sage Skywater definitely
This is so moving..It makes me tear up every time...I wish Chris Daughtry would do more performances like this so that the light of Jesus can be better seen through his music..
Yes!
The raw emotion he portrays in this entire performance is stunning!
Amen!!!❤❤❤
'06 He was a music worship leader.

Chris Daughtry should get into acting, he is so awesome and nailed the song.
Excuse me Miss, Im a student from Taiwan, just wondering , is the song talking about stories from Bible?
The song wasn't written for the show "Passion" but they used it to tell the story of Judas betraying Jesus. he does do acting he was in CSI NY and some others

Daughtrys voice portrays Judas despair Perfectly
I love this i really feel and understand the pain both Judas and Jesus are going through they both knew that this was there last stand for judas he couldn't overcome his demons and they completely tore him apart and Jesus realized that he alone couldn't save everything and everyone he was in pain too because of this and he didn't have enough time or power to help judas even though he really wanted to he was calling all of the angels in hope that they would give him more power and faith but in the end judas was forever broken down and Jesus was crucified and then born again he died for all of us and all of our sins.
Fucking whut
Hands up for Jencarlos Canela
Broke my heart when he said "Jesus! Don't leave us!"
Yes
me too :(
Joi Benjamin I too :'( This very sad
Joi Benjamin burst into tears Tbh
i always cry at that part
This performance makes me cry. It feels like Jencarlos and Chris have pushed their emotional limits! This song is so perfekt, it's like it was written especially for the conflict between Jesus and Judas.
I agree 💯
After all these years, this song and the way both of them portray this is so awesome. An encore needs to happen for this program this year.
I just watched the musical on RUclips and damn, Jencarlos is truly captivating in the role of Jesus...
I am speechless. No words can convey the power of this.
Chris Daughtry is a truly amazing singer, I've yet to hear him sing a bad note.
The best scene in this musical. Sung with passion and feel.
I totally agree!
+Missy Thacker I totally agree this definitely made me see more of the passion in the bible.
Wilfredo Contreras I love this part. I also like Bring Me to Life.
This is an actual musical?? What's it called!
I totally agree it captures Judas' conflicting emotions during the betrayal.
I might have commented before...not sure...I am a Spiritual person but not a fan of Organized Religion...but this brings me to tears every time.
The "Jesus don't leave us" really got me
Tore me up inside. Wow.
This brought me to my knees. Begging the Lord for forgiveness of any sin in this life I have done.
I have been a Christian from the age of seven. I am 47 now. For some reason I never could see "the Devil" as a human until this.
Then the show has done it's job.
He’s not playing the Devil. He’s playing Judas
after I saw this it renewed my faith of what Jesus did for us I liked the modern twist made it a lot easier for younger generations to understand what Jesus had to go throw for all of us
Amen! That's awesome :))
amen
I have never viewed the Bible as anything more than a collection of stories, but man is this a good performance. I think I'm going to have to watch the whole show at some point.
n8 even if you arent religious I recomend this show 100% It brought me to tears and it still does. I hope you enjoy The Passion.
Definitely worth watching! It’s amazing how so many ppl were involved to make it happen.
Look for unconditionally sung by jencarlos canela. Its the finale of this production. I cried.
The movie is amazing. You can find it on here
I remember watching this because My Nana promised me $5 but I found it so moving that I let her keep the money and thanked her for showing it to me.
I prefer this version over the original O_O
Daughtrys voice is amazing.
Who's still listing 2024!
Gives the song a new meaning. Sorry if you're an Imagine Dragons fan, but this is how you do this song perfectly.
Such a powerful scene. I grew up a Catholic and have gone to church every Sunday, but the real drama and emotion of the Passion never really reached me until I saw this scene. Maybe I'll start to pay attention now
+Tyler James (tjames6996) same
+Tyler James (tjames6996) yep i cried

i just love this version better, it kind of represents my inner demon and inner angel arguing back and forth
😊⁰😊❤😊⁰❤❤
I cried so much the first time I saw this performance. I never saw Demons as a religious song but this is perfect. love it
Well damn. My heart broke when they took him away 🥺🥺🥺🥺
Its my first time to watch this ...and i felt it ...it was so mazing and captivating..im just wondering where am i the last 6 or 5 yrs...its like i missed more things in life..

Yes that would be very powerful
a beautiful master piece!!! I'll watch every year the Dutch version. But this! Wauw It makes me cry

Love Chris Daughtry, he slays this song!
Still watching in July 2021
This scene really shows the truest love of Christ. For the simple fact, he trusted Judas, called him a friend and (I believe) later forgave him; despite him being a traitor. This is a REALLY powerful & moving scene.
So very inspired by Daughtry and Jencarlos. Thank you
I can tell that both Daughtry and Jencarlos Canela have beautiful voices! And they nailed the song real good! Still reminds me of last year when I watched it on Palm Sunday, for the matter. If it gave me goosebumps, it still gives me goosebumps in the video i'm seeing today.
I though there was going to be a lot of comments about people arguing about religion but there isn’t and that is awesome
Was freaking awesome! Daughtry is a great vocalist!
+Jeremy Burnette He slayed it. His voice is perfect for this song. I personally think he sang it better than the lead singer of Imagine Dragons. There was so much heart & soul in his performance. You can feel that inner turmoil.
+Jeremy Burnette Yep, dude should have won that season of Am...has always been my opinion. Saw him in concert, just really like this dude's vocals.
+Jeremy Burnette agreed
2022 and it is still giving me goosebumps 😢
Same in 2023
I have heard the original song before and didnt care for it. I found this version and cant stop listening to it.We all have demons we have all betrayed, and we all have been betrayed. Its how we move forward from those situations to not only feel the passion of christ. But to feel the passion for/of life.
Chris Daughtry is one phenomenal vocalist.
they gave so much emotion in this performance. It was very Judas and Jesus. I cried at the end it was very amazing

I definitely agree
My heart melts....Thank you Lord Jesus for forgiveness.

Man. This musical was so touching. I loved watching it.
watched this when it came out. My daughter just reminded me of this song after attending the Imagine dragons concert, tonight. lol. I love this performance....still good to watch after 2 years. Wishing everyone a beautiful night. GOD BLESS US ALL AND KEEP US SAFE.
Holy hillbillies! In the garden, the betrayal. Watching now!!!!!
I’m not crying you’re crying why would I even cry 😭😭💙💙💙🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Wow this is why I love Daughtry. This is the best take on Judas I've ever seen
The best production ever created; so awe inspiring. I truly feel blessed to have seen it. God is good!
I watched this LIVE performance while on vacation in the Dominican. Incredibly moving.
I wanna see an action movie with Chris. Every time I look at his face I imagine him in an action movie. It would be too awesome, wouldn't it?
Thiago Oliveira looks like van desil
Thiago Oliveira TOTALLY!!!
So you see Bruce Willis?
Chris has the kinda lookof a hit man with that jacket on that would be great to see
As the edgy villain
Holy cow. That just brought a whole new meaning to that song for me. I’m just discovering this and I wish I had earlier. I’m stunned. Touched. And am in awe. I really needed this right now.
Me to ...
Best version! Emotional. Those 2 guys are awesome! Loved The Passion.
This actually made me cry. I never thought that this song could be from a Christian perspective and me being a Christian for 19 years, this song just cuts me so deep. This is so emotional. I'm glad that Daughtry decided to cover this song. Well done Chris.
Tbh with everyone this Song hits me it helps when I'm upset honestly bc I break down to it bc of someone I like and care about is hurt I'm hurt
wow this is the last duet i would expect, i didnt know jencarlos canela cooperated with us singers, i am stunned and pleasantly surprised cuz this cover is beautiful and sad
I’m not religious by any means but this is really beautiful
Oh my god...this a total masterpiece!!!
Amazing to see this musical so real and beautiful. Great job jencarlos as used to.
By no means am I a christian, but I love this performance and love Chris Daughtry's music. I should watch the full show at some point.
Can’t believe that I’ve discovered this version only now! My favourite song & favourite singers.. Daughtry & Jencarlos! I love it and I’m too excited!!❤️
[Verse 1]
When the days are cold and the cards all fold
And the saints we see are all made of gold
When your dreams all fail and the ones we hail
Are the worst of all and the blood’s run stale
[Pre-Chorus 1]
I want to hide the truth, I want to shelter you
But with the beast inside, there’s nowhere we can hide
No matter what we breed, we still are made of greed
This is my kingdom come, this is my kingdom come
[Chorus]
When you feel my heat, look into my eyes
It’s where my demons hide, it’s where my demons hide
Don’t get too close, it’s dark inside
It’s where my demons hide, it’s where my demons hide
[Verse 2]
At the curtain’s call is the last of all
When the lights fade out, all the sinners crawl
So they dug your grave and the masquerade
Will come calling out at the mess you made
[Pre-Chorus 2]
Don’t want to let you down, but I am hell bound
Though this is all for you don’t want to hide the truth
No matter what we breed, we still are made of greed
This is my kingdom come, this is my kingdom come
[Chorus]
[Bridge]
They say it's what you make, I say it's up to fate
It's woven in my soul, I need to let you go
Your eyes, they shine so bright, I want to save their light
I can't escape this now, unless you show me how
[Chorus]
WHEN CHRISTOPHER ADAM DAUGHTRY SINGS IT'S LIKE GOD SPEAKING IN CHURCH! YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH AND LISTEN! LOVE SOME DAUGHTRY! DAUGHTERY GIRL 4 LIFE!
this was my favorite scene in the movie. got me teary. powerful words in this song.
Chris Daughtry was so amazing and so were the others. they acting and singing is on point
Beautiful and gorgeous lady how are you doing today I hope you good 🌹? Happy Sunday
Going on three years now and it still gives me the chills
I grew up Catholic and this scene is fantastic...Such emotion put into this performance
My mom showed me this, and I like this version much better. It has much more emotion than the original
I think Daughtry is the best singer of all time
I get chills every time I hear this song because of this
Excellent performance I felt the love and the pain.
This is so clever, why this is not becoming a hit?
Besides the trial, this was the best part of the show! Jencarlos and Daughtry deliver a stunning and moving performance. Loved the musical!Wonder if there will be a dvd? Without the annoying cuts to the audience during the songs...?! This song is even better now, without the live audience!
This whole performance of the Passion was one of the best ever done!
I adore Chris Daughtry he's amazing
Ya I agree
“Jesus! Don’t leave us!!” This scene gets me every time 🥺🥺
Even when The Passion is modernized, this is one of the most heart-wrenching scenes in the musical. (Fun fact): Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible and at least one of the Psalms (Psalm 90).
This is a work of art. The different parts used for this song, almost like they are engaging in a conversation, like in "The Phantom of the Opera" is phenomenal. Love this.
This has been a comforting video/song with all the trials going on in my life
Loved this video!!
+Alicia Phillips Lol, I know, right?? 👍😅
I love this song as it was originally done, but when this version was done, Jencarlos and Daughtry added so much passion and pain to it that you really felt it. It was so intense.
This song takes to the heart. So amazing and emotional. What an awesome performance
Daughtry hits different honestly 🙏🏽
Phenomenal performance. Can't play it enough
Thank you for posting. I went to catholic school all my life and this scene was so powerful in showing the true dynamics that most likely existed between Jesus and Judas at the moment of the betrayal.
I can't stop watching this. It's just so emotional
