1st off great review 👍 im absolutely popping off those hideous shoulder pads. I feel he will look much better without them.also slidimg off the giant knife holders on his legs that make him look chunky. Im going for that og sleek look. Only nit pick he should be taller.
@@AToyKindaMood I ended up selling him off. The hips were just so freaking loose. And the joint there felt so flimsy that I didn't feel like I could safely get the thigh swivel to actually loosen up. Even if I had I don't think the hip joints would have been stiff enough to not splay out.
@@AToyKindaMood I will say that It's frustrating, because I liked the sculpt/design. I didn't have him as a kid, cause I'd kinda grown out of toys at that point and was spending my allowance on cassette tapes. But I still kinda craved stuff. That wave was one of the last ones before they started going really crazy.
This review was awesome, too bad Travis has some competition to deal with now other than usual suspects haha. You get extra points for the dynamic poses at the end ;D
This figure is still not done right, the wings are not big enough still like the small 3.75 version, why can't they make his wings big enough for him to fly just watch the Gijoe cartoon movie, and you'll see the wings are the right size so he could fly in the movie, but everything else looks good on the figure.
@johnreeder5286 while true, this isn't the figure from the movie.. it's a Classified version closer to the Skybound comics Nemesis with some bits from Cobra-La... I hope they make a Retro version some day!
@AToyKindaMood well, the comic book artist needs to watch the Gijoe cartoon movie and then get it right, because anyone can see the wing's are not big enough, I'm glad I didn't get one I would had been disappointed!

Thank you! I didn’t try it personally but I believe someone on Facebook did it. It’s standard mushroom peg design so in theory it should.

Great review. Mine arrived today. It is a good figure but I think I would have preferred the classic movie look vs the new comic book look.

No worries I'm sure they'll do the cartoon version later. Its the Hasbro way. They know if they did it right the first time the variants wldnt sell.
