Time didnt matter for me. I accidentally went into one of these lobbies when doing battle pass tasks, that 12 games thing and I just keep launching first and return to the lobby. I think its still based on SBMM but only counts your kd in a short period, tried to enter bot lobbies in the afternoon and midnight, both worked. Guess u just need to drop hot(doesnt even need to land and get killed) and return to the lobby, you will be in one of these bot lobbies after like 6 games or more, hk server.
That’s strange because I actually live in Japan and I play on Tokyo server everyday from 9p.m to 12/1 a.m. I have like 3000h on the game but I have never seen these bot lobbies. Only once I had a Gibby level 10 or something. And his name had « bot » in it. And he was indeed afk the whole game. But other than that nothing. Maybe it’s happening after 2a.m 🤷♂️

This is really true though got into one of these lobbies before and watched a guy do it then he killed his self
