Hello, I was wondering if i can use your drone footage on my new video that was filmed in Old Town Eureka. I'm still in the editing process and your footage would be a nice touch.
Hello. Is there any chance I could have permission to use some of this footage in a short 5 minute countdown video for a local non-profit organization here in Eureka, Ca?
Hey those who know the area - I'm an urban planning student doing a project on Humboldt Co- how mountainous does it get a bit farther in from the coast? Like in Ridgewood/Cutten/Freshwater Corners or the Headwaters Forest? Is it like San Francisco kind of hill-y but not alot of people live there or are they pretty huge mountains? I figured in this video I'd see like a massive mountain range in view but I can't tell from the video!
if you look for some one you'll probably see them because that is all there is my grandparents told me whin i was young ( do not stay out late because you might have a hard time finding your way home because of the street winders Roll up the streets 10 sharp ) i think that means they spent a lot of money on street winders ;-)
I was born and raised here. This is an exceptional day. It only looks like this about 10 days of the year. Usually very cool or cold, windy, foggy, drab, wet or raining. Most depressing place I have ever lived. Way overpriced considering the quality (or lack of quality) of life.
Yes they are if you go to mad river or mouth of the mad you can see chunks of ice in the river and it always snows up in the mountains where my great grandpa lives
Johnny Parker I’ve lived in Humboldt my whole life (mostly Rio Dell, but rn I’m split between Eureka and McKinleyville). By the ocean where Eureka is, it’s basically always cloudy, especially in the summer and the winter (autumn and spring are a little more brisk, but usually also cloudy). Winters specifically are anywhere from 20-40 degrees Fahrenheit on average, and are very, Very rainy. So it’s not exactly harsh (there’s not any snow until you get to the mountains), but it’s usually stormy and a little miserable. I like it, though. :)
Beverly there’s only tsunamis when HUGE earthquakes hit, which is like, m a y b e once every fat handful of decades, so we’re safe from tsunamis, don’t worry! :)
Alejandro Cabrera too much. My family almost went broke trying to pay rent for an awful mouldy old house that was so mouldy it killed my pet bird and gave my mom some temporary breathing problems. Go live in one of the smaller towns around Eureka instead, they’re marginally betterish.
magical! thanks so much for the breath taking view of the town is am so fond of.
I wanted to show a friend where I live but most of what you showed was roof tops! What about the Park and Zoo and more scenic parts?
Are there many of these gorgeous palm trees in Eureka and Arata? I was surprised to see one here, growing beauotfuly so far north.
Being right near the coast it we get a lot of rainfall but it rarely snows and rarely gets below 25 degrees

Looks like heaven....I'm so sick of Florida lol
It's so quiet there.
It looks beautiful but I'm curious to know what it looks like in the winter. More importantly, are winters harsh?
