I've been a customer of AT&T landline and computer since 2004 - I keep getting messages to update my profile because they don't know what phone number I am using!!! Are they kidding? It's a landline with AT&T I've had since before I got my computers. And since it's a landline and not a cell phone I cannot verify it because the website doesn't recognize landlines. How confusing and stupid is this. I just got my bill from AT&T today and mailed it. $121.55 for both phone and computer whish is Fiber 500. Now what do I do?
