I totally get Jesse not eating dairy. It gives me cystic acne and I have been dairy free for almost 3 years. My skin is so much better and I feel sick anytime I accidentally eat dairy.

lol no bc I’m allergic to the enzyme in milk and the last 6 years I was breaking out bad, I could still eat cheese at this point bc of the enzyme change when milk reaches a certain temperature.
But @jesse if you’re noticing breakouts now eventually if you’re like me the milk allergy will also transform into a cheese allergy and can also manifest into a gluten allergy. I promise it’s not that bad there a ton of alternatives.
Spirolactone is what my dermatologist put me on and it helps maintain your skin/health if you accidentally ingest milk in products
Also the pimples are the allergic reaction I get them bad as cystic acne

Hi Claudia this was such a entertaining vlog. You should read the dark verse series by RuNyx. The first book is called the predator. This is my favorite book series so I hope you also like it. This is the book that got me into reading. You'll get hooked from the first chapter.
